Weekly Recruiting Update

The recruiting scene was busy once again for Indiana prospects with a couple of guys announcing their commitments, offers being extended, and visits being taken. Let's go ahead and dive right into all of the latest recruiting news for high school basketball prospects across the state of Indiana.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list --> <ul><li>On Tuesday evening [player_tooltip player_id='1272949' first='Marcus' last='Ankney'] (Center Grove H.S. 2023) announced his commitment to Indiana Wesleyan. The 6'3" high scoring guard had a strong summer with Indiana Ice 2023 on the Adidas Gold Gauntlet. He joins [player_tooltip player_id='868247' first='Jaxson' last='Gould'] (Warsaw H.S. 2023) as the second Indiana prospect to commit to the NAIA powerhouse.</li><li>Another Crossroads League commitment happened on Monday night as [player_tooltip player_id='1393184' first='Andrew' last='Hedrick'] (Columbia City H.S. 2023) chose to commit to the Bethel Pilots. Hedrick joins [player_tooltip player_id='1158635' first='Austin' last='Cripe'] (West Noble H.S. 2023) and [player_tooltip player_id='935745' first='Luke' last='McBride'] (Norwell H.S. 2023) in the Bethel recruiting class.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='868228' first='Jermaine' last='Coleman'] (Park Tudor 2023) added an offer from St. Thomas on Monday night. The 6'7" left-handed shooter also holds offers from Akron, Miami (OH), Evansville, Wright State, SIU Edwardsville, and Valparaiso.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1049176' first='Devon' last='Woods'] (Pike H.S. 2023) picked up an offer from Hanover on Wednesday while visiting campus.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1162851' first='Nate' last='Matelic'] (Speedway H.S. 2023) received an offer from Franklin College.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1273713' first='Sheridan' last='Sharp'] (Ben Davis H.S. 2023) took an official visit to Incarnate Word over the weekend. He holds an offer from the school.</li><li>[player_tooltip player_id='1391283' first='Ahmere' last='Carson'] (Anderson H.S. 2023) took an unofficial visit to Illinois Chicago on Thursday.
