The Honorary Captain for the event, Stephen Sadowski was the true star of the day and the top MOP in the building. There was no braver and tougher person at the David Barns Showcase than Stephen. Every person in the Oakland Fieldhouse on Saturday is in his corner and Stephen has our unwavering support.

Pleyer is going to be a very high level prospect in the state of Michigan over the next 4 years. He has elite level athleticism that allows him to play the game at a fast pace and run the floor with ease and grace. Pleyer has a terrific jumper with exceptional range on it. He seems to have a high basketball IQ, especially given the fact that he hasn’t even played a high school game yet. Beyond his skill set, Pleyer is an extremely coachable player that obviously wants to learn and improve his game every time he steps out on the floor.

Nadeau was absolutely lights out at the David Barns Showcase. Calling it electrifying doesn’t even do justice to his performance. Nadeau was a menace from behind the arc, showing the ability to get red hot with his jumper. He needed just the quickest look and smallest amount of space to get his shot off. Nadeau was a flat out game changer on the offensive end. He’s underrated as an overall athlete, also showing the ability to break down a defender to either attack the rim or create space for his shot.

If you haven’t heard this name, judging from performance this weekend, you most certainly will hear it again this high school season. Boggerty is a quick guard that gets it done on both ends of the floor. He’s a pest on defense with his quickness and anticipation. Boggerty handles the ball like a lead guard and his more than comfortable playing off the ball as a scorer. You could tell that, even in a showcase, he has great shot selection and understanding of when his team needs a bucket.
