#1 PHU || 6’9 F Malick Diallo Malick Diallo 6'9" | C Wasatch Academy | 2024 State #131 Nation UT || Wasatch Academy || 2024 ||
Malick is an absolute next level talent. Not only did he rise playing for the Mali National Team he showed a lot of versatility on a team that has other comparable athletes. Malick is a double-double on that stage. At Juan Diego Catholic last season he showed he was the best player on the floor almost against every team he played against. This year he really made a great choice moving his talent to a team that was going to elevate his play and his overall basketball skills. Malick is a shot blocker but he can move his feet against guards. He is solid in the post and his wingspan is absolutely impressive. Excited to see him play in the NIBC League.
#2 PHU || 6’7 W Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SF Corner Canyon | 2024 State #103 Nation UT || Corner Canyon High School || 2024 ||
Brody has transformed his game that was once mainly shooting from the three-point line to an all-around D1 scoring athlete at all three levels. He was killing it this summer and spring of the bounce when they ran him off the three. He was getting to the rim as well. With so much positional size he is a player that can guard so many positions. At the next level he can defend 2-3 and he held his own against some high caliber 4’s on the circuit. Post game has really developed, he seems to be adding to his bag as we move forward. To top it all off. this kid can still shoot lights out and he is as solid as they come.
#3 PHU 6’4 CG || David Katoa David Katoa 6'4" | CG Layton | 2024 State #255 Nation UT || RSL Academy || 2024
One of the toughest two way players in the West. In the immediate region there is nobody better than him. David showcased his talent every time he was on the floor. Lock down defender that gives you effort. His recruiting is not done as he will pick up more offers over the next year. He has a few already. Off the ball guard that can take the assignment of defending the other teams best player. Attacks the rim with force and no fear. Will be a stock riser nationally playing with RSL Academy as well.
#4 PHU 6’8 F Jaxon Johnson Jaxon Johnson 6'8" | SF Alta | 2024 State #106 Nation UT || Alta High School || 2024 ||
Jaxon is the prototype 3/4 player D1 teams are looking for. He shoots the ball extremely well. He can shoot with range and off the bounce. He does not depend on the three-point shot to get buckets. He can hit mid-range pull-ups or catch at the mid-range and go to work. He uses his size to post up and create mismatches. Solid with his back to the basket as well. Defensively he can switch 1-5 and he has only scratched the surface on his physical development. Look for him to start to get noticed by the bigger conference schools soon.
#5 PHU 6’4 PG || Jordan Barnes Jordan Barnes 6'4" | PG Olympus | 2024 State UT || Olympus High School || 2024 ||
It’s about dang time that schools start to pull the trigger on Jordan Barnes Jordan Barnes 6'4" | PG Olympus | 2024 State UT . He is a dynamic/High IQ point guard that scores the ball and is so clever on defense. He is a player that is an extension of the coaching staff on the floor. Shooting the ball better and he just snakes and knifes his way through the defense cutting right through any scheme. This summer he was face-guarded a lot because he is such a key option and player on the floor.
