In the latest 2024 Tennessee player rankings, there was one solid debut plus three stock risers.

Let's discuss those four prospects plus touch on another solid prospect inside the top 50.

[player_tooltip player_id='1195250' first='Jett' last='Montgomery'], Independence: The 6-foot-0 guard is one of the best shooters in the class. Not only can Montgomery can shoot it, but he's also right on the money as a passer. At the BCAT Top 100 Camp, the junior displayed how effective he can be offensively. Montgomery is very unselfish and as a result, he's inside the top 20 of our latest rankings at No. 17.

[player_tooltip player_id='1564056' first='Braxton' last='Jumper'], Cordova: The 6-2 combo guard left the state a season ago to play at LaMelo Ball's “1 of 1 Prep Academy.” Jumper is back and debuted at No. 23. Why is that? That's easy to answer. He's a natural, gifted scorer. Jumper is very vocal on both ends of the floor and plays with an edge. He's also one of those prospects in this class that can get to his spots with ease. Jumper should evolve as a player under Wolfpack's head coach Terrance Scales during the 2022 season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1125601' first='Griffin' last='Cooper'], Columbia: Cooper moved inside the top 20 at No. 19. The junior power forward isn't very athletic, but he makes up for it with an high basketball IQ. Cooper can score on the block, make solid reads, rebound, and contest shots at the rim. He's effective in pick-and-roll situations as he's able to make shots from the perimeter.

[player_tooltip player_id='1135401' first='Tyler' last='Lee'], Knoxville Fulton: The 6-5 forward moved up to No. 21. During the BCAT Team Camp, Lee displayed his niche for rebounding. He loves to be all over the glass. Lee also runs the floor well and finishes with authority at the rim.

Another sharp shooter inside the top 50

[player_tooltip player_id='1210772' first='Sam' last='Medalie'] hasn't made the huge leap in the rankings yet, but he's on the cusp on doing so. The 6-2 shooting guard is similar to his brother, 2023 shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='1029084' first='Jack' last='Medalie'], in terms of shooting. The younger Medalie can light it up from the perimeter and do other good things such as pass, communicate, and hustle for 50-50 balls. Sam checks in at No. 50.
