Towns is a silky smooth guard that can score from multiple spots on the floor. He can both create for himself as well as get buckets in the flow of the offense. Towns is more than comfortable being relied on as a go-to scorer.
Ward has been playing some of the best basketball in the state since the high school playoffs began late in the winter. His jumper from behind the arc is pure and consistent. In addition, Ward is a hard nosed finisher at the rim. He was simply one of the best, if not the best player in the Prep Hoops Circuit 17u brackets.
Highlights
Scott has turned a lot of heads over the last year and he will continue to do that on a large scale. He has great positional size and strength and is a solid down the floor passer. Scott can create for himself and his teammates.
Kolakovich is a playmaking lead guard that can score and distribute. He’s riding the momentum of a terrific grassroots season on the Prep Hoops Circuit with Hopson Elite.
Kent is an underrated wing that carries some athleticism that allows him to play bigger than his height. He does some really nice work off the baseline.
Zielinski would garner a lot of attention at the Top 250 after a very impressive grassroots season. He’s physically strong and could show off his much improved ball handling and passing on September 17.
Wine has a lot to offer as a player and prospect and I’m sure that some next level coaches would be very interested in seeing him in Grand Rapids. Wine is a tough minded athlete that can score in the paint and from the perimeter.
