Peach State Happenings

Let's take a look at some players from the Hoop State that caught our eye over in Augusta, GA last week at the Peach State. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='854878' first='Addison' last='Archer']</strong> plays on 1 of 1 Elite a sponsored by Puma and LaMelo Ball. Archer is a run-jump-athlete who does all of his work around the cup. Addison is a long and rangy forward who can really get off the floor quickly with his leaping ability. Derin attends the Asheville School in Western North Carolina. Saran plays the game with high basketball IQ and really does a good job of finishing at the rim especially with his left-hand. Cam was able to penetrate-kick into the paint and find the open man today. Asa brings length and a willingness to rebound around the paint. He informed Prep Hoops that he will be back at NCGBB this coming fall. John has a great set of mitts to catch anything thrown his way. Baldwin will look to play with his back to the basket and throw a few elbows from time to time. Ari is a big wing who plays the game like a swiss-army knife. He was able to fill the lane in transition, hits the glass on both ends of the floor while connecting on short jumpers from the perimeter. Carlos has a thick frame which gives him the ability to fight through contact and finish at the cup.
