Standing at 5-foot-10 he gets great enough elevation to rise and shoot over taller contesting defenders in a fluid motion. The Texas-ranked guard is so elusive in traffic that he can attack and score within the smallest cracks and crevices inside the lane. He's a dribbling machine with the ball on the string and a handle like no other. Walters has been displaying a phenomenal feel for creating angles and points off the dribble using his high-level blow-by speed and quickness, combined with the shifty moves that he uses to aggressively attack his defender's front leg.
