Chase Barnes (2025, CG, OPS Black 2025, Wayne High School, IN)
Barnes was an athletic guard that worked hard off the ball. His weekend was highlighted by a 23 point performance in a win against TTP Elite 2025.
Kayden Bird (2023, SG, Storm 17u Blue, Northpointe Christian, MI)
Bird has a lot going for him as a player. He has a nice looking jumper with definite 3 point range. Bird looks like he could be in for a big senior season and could be hitting a lot of 3’s during high school ball.
Jake Champagne (2025, SG, North Oaklamd Wolfpack 15u, Oxford, MI)
Champagne has had some really nice games over the course of grassroots season and shows some real promise as a player and prospect. He had 17 points in win over Indy Ice.
Jaiden Googins (2024, G/F, West Michigan Future, Caledonia, MI)
Googins might just be playing himself straight into a prospect ranking this summer. In his 3rd game he went off for 28 points and his his 4th game he scored 20. Googins followed those up with 17 in the semifinals. The young man is really putting it together as a high percentage scorer.
DaShawn Martin (2023, SG, Motor City Grizzlies 17u, Detroit Loyola, MI)
The silky smooth athlete was his usual self on the offensive end. He had a very impressive 20 point game in a win early in the weekend.
Mario Murray (2026, G, Michigan Titans 14u, MI)
Murray was consistently solid all weekend, proving to be a 2026 to have on radars as he enters high school ball. Murray averaged about 15 points per game through the event.
Jake Stephens (2024, CG, DV45 2024, Chelsea, MI)
Stephens continued an impressive grassroots season at Brawl For The Ball. His weekend was highlighted by a 24 point game in a victory over the North Oakland Wolfpack.
Anthony Sydnor Jr. (2023, PG, REACH Legends 2023, Muskegon, MI)
Sydnor Jr. was tough on both ends and displayed a very mature well rounded game all weekend. He had 27 points in a 3 point loss to Flint’s Finest.
Darryl Thompkins (2025, PG, BNB 2025, Michigan Collegiate, MI)
I’ll start off by saying that I don’t have any numbers for Thompkins. Simply put – I don’t need them. He controls the pace and feel of the game from the point guard spot and he gets it done on both ends.
Cade Trudeau (2023, F, Parallel 45, Petoskey, MI)
Trudeau was terrifically consistent throughout the event. He had 12, 16, 38, and 22 point games in succession. As evidenced by his numbers, he just got better as the weekend rolled on.
