Evan Dickey Evan Dickey 6'4" | SG Chaminade-Julienne | 2023 State OH (2023) – G 6’3 – Chaminade Julienne
Dickey led Chaminade julienne to a very impressive weekend. He slowly but surely made it clear he was a player that needed to be stopped by opposing teams. He played point guard all weekend and with his size and length, he fits that role nicely. He was aggressive all weekend and scored pretty consistently. He showcased his nice stroke by making teams pay for leaving him open. Very nice player.
Jaylen Murphy (2024) – G 6’1 – St. John’s Jesuit
Murphy showed some big leaps and bounds this weekend. He played with more confidence and seems to have adjusted to the varsity level nicely. He filled it up from deep every game. He is very long and doesn’t need much space to get his shoot-off. Murphy showed off some nice athletic this weekend getting up on some blocks on the defensive end and moving his well abasing smaller guards. Someone to keep an eye on.
Kobe Frasure-Azzano (2025) – G 6’3 – Mentor
Frasure-Azzano showed some very good potential this weekend. He can put the ball in the bucket and is someone to be on the lookout for to potentially be a big impact player for Mentor. The underclassman has good size and athleticism to him that helps on both ends of the floor. Good inside and finishing but can also hurt you from deep.
Marquez Fraizer (2023) – G 5’8 – St. John’s Jesuit
Don’t let Frazier’s height fool you this kid can play. He ran the Titans’ offense very well this weekend. Handled pressure and double teams with ease. He played with great pace and blew by defenders when he saw a lane. Frazier is super quick and is very crafty once getting to the lane to get his shots off. He does a great job of timing his pull-ups. Frazier is a tough kid that plays his butt off.
Josh Jacobs (2023) – G 6’2 – Rogers
Jacobs is a very athletic player that knows how to play the game. He makes the right plays and does the dirty work inside. His strength and athleticism allow him to play a post position. When he catches it on the perimeter he showcases nice handling skills that I would love to see him expand upon. A player that I like.
Asiah Kielian (2024) – G 6’3 – Lorain
Kielian this weekend rain the show for Lorain. I was impressed by the control he had on the games Lorain was involved in. He knew when to push it and when to slow it up. Didn’t force anything that wasn’t there. Made him teammates better by setting them up. Very long arms with nice athleticism that allows him to be very effective when he gets to the rim.
