After some workouts in the afternoon and a NIL seminar, camp games took up most of the evening. Each team played two games on Monday evening with one last round of games coming on Tuesday morning (starting at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 10:00 a.m. local in Las Vegas). Let’s dive on in and highlight the performance of the Indiana prospects taking part in the event.
- After being the talk of night one at the Pangos All-American Camp, Xavier Booker Xavier Booker 6'11" | PF Cathedral | 2023 State #4 Nation IN (Cathedral H.S. 2023) continued his strong play on Monday. The 6’11″ 5-star forward scored 13 points in both games. He was just 1-2 from beyond the arc in both games combined in contrast to his 4-5 performance on Sunday evening, but Booker showed off his skills inside the three-point line. His mobility is second to none at his size and he consistently finished above the rim when plays were made for him. Booker should be in good position to be selected for the “Cream of the Crop” Top 25 Game on Tuesday night.
- In terms of prospects from the Hoosier state, it was 6’3″ guard K.J. Windham K.J. Windham 6'3" | PG Ben Davis | 2024 State #137 Nation IN (Ben Davis H.S. 2024) who made the most noise on Monday. The skilled lefty got hot in the second half of his first game of the day connecting on five three-pointers in the second half on his way to a team-high 17 points. Windham finished 5-7 from beyond the arc in the game. He followed it up with a 3-5 three-point shooting performance in game two with 11 points. It was a great day for the Ben Davis guard.
- Garwey Dual Garwey Dual 6'5" | PG Carmel | 2023 #113 Nation CA-S (Carmel H.S. 2023) hasn’t grabbed the headlines in Las Vegas like he had been all spring, but it has still been a solid performance for the 6’5″ playmaker. He scored 8 and 7 points respectively in his two games on Monday while continuing to get to the paint seemingly whenever he wants. Also, even in an “open gym” type of setting his defensive abilities stand out as he gets deflections and steals with his excellent length.
- After a quiet first game, Jeremy Fears Jeremy Fears 6'1" | PG La Lumiere | 2023 GA (La Lumiere 2023) was back to his usual self in game two. The Michigan State commit was making play hall over the court finishing with 14 points, 5 rebounds, and 6 assists while shooting 7-11 from the field. Fears’ ability to consistently finish “amongst the trees” inside despite his smaller frame is truly impressive. He has done it on the EYBL Circuit and has continued to finish at a high level against the best of the best at the Pangos All-American Camp.
- Aden Holloway Aden Holloway 5'11" | PG Sussex Hamilton | 2023 #60 Nation CA-N (La Lumiere 2023) has proven he is one of the most talented guards in the country over the first two days of the Pangos All-American Camp. We will likely see him against Tuesday evening in one of the “Cream of the Crop” games. The shot-making guard went for 14 points, including 4-7 shooting from three-point range, in game one of the day and followed it up with 12 points in the evening. He has had a great showing in Las Vegas.
