We have a lot talent here in Arizona that can add immediate depth and talent to a college roster. Here are some of the local prospects that I believe are offer worthy!

[player_tooltip player_id="1127089" first="Michael" last="DeHorney"] 6’7" PF Hamilton HS 2023

Big Mike is a long athletic power forward who runs the floor well and can finish in transition. Definitely in the mold of the stretch forward that we see in todays game. He can score around the basket and knock down mid range jumpshots. As he continues to add range to his shooting DeHorney will become a more dangerous offensive weapon. He is a good defender who excels in the pick roll because his length and athleticism gives him the ability to switch multiple positions. A good young man and even better basketball player.

[player_tooltip player_id="1066514" first="King" last="Turner"] 6’4" PG North Canyon HS 2023

If your program needs solid big point guard then King is your man! A long point guard who has a consistent mid range game and has become a solid shooter from three point range. Turner can finish strong in the lane through contact and is a elite defender because of his length and strength. He plays the game at a steady pace and is in total control out on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id="1225557" first="Triston" last="Walters"] 5’11” CG Higley HS 2023

“Deuce” is a hard nosed guard that with a tight handle and a good stroke. Walters can finish in traffic amongst the trees and has great vision and playmaking abilities when he slides to the point. A shifty ball handler who can change direction on a dime. Very smart basketball player and a great leader.

[player_tooltip player_id="1306039" first="Anthony" last="Garcia"] 5’9" PG Casa Grande Union HS 2023

A small guard who plays much bigger than his 5’9" frame would suggest. Garcia is lightning quick with the ball on a string and can score from all three levels. He is a tenacious defender who doesn’t mind picking up guys 94 feet. He plays with a flare and confidence that is unmatched. Garcia is a high energy guy and his teammates feed off of that energy. A score first mentality but has good vision to find the open teammate.

[player_tooltip player_id="999018" first="Ben" last="Wilder"] 6’5" SF Bradshaw Mountain HS 2023

A top tier athlete who can knock it down from deep. Electric in transition especially when he finishes above the rim. Wilder is quick off the floor, which helps him rebound well on both ends for his position. Plays with a high motor and is a very capable defender.

[player_tooltip player_id="814039" first="Mark" last="Brown Jr"] 6’2” PG Mountain Pointe 2023

A string body scoring point guard with the ability to get buckets at will. Brown has an explosive first step and a slick handle that allows him to basically get where he wants on the floor. Doesn’t shy away from competition and relishes the big moments. His game is smooth, and unrushed. He knows how and when to take shots and understands how to get his teammates good shots. Brown is a great situational basketball player who can help a college program today.
