Koreyan Davis Koreyan Davis 6'6" | SF North Crowley | 2024 State TX 2024 6’5 North Crowley High School, TX (Tarrant Elite 2024)
Koreyan is a high level wing who has the ability to play small ball center if necessary or attack off the bounce with his size and prowess with a live dribble. I was very impressed with his ability to score from all three levels of the floor. He is a confident shooter out of the corners, and uses the triple threat well to create space within the half court. The reason he is a dominant player is his ability to play on the defensive end of the floor, he has active hands and uses all of his athletic ability to wreak havoc on defense. Whether he was poking the ball free from his opponents or rejecting shots in the paint, Davis always had his hands involved in the play. I loved his ability to go coast to coast after forcing a turnover or block, he made an emphatic dunk that got his teammate’s energy up!
Narit Chotikavanic 2024 6’1 McMillen High School, TX (F5 Elite 2024)
Narit is an incredibly skilled combo guard who scored well at all three levels of the floor as well as created looks for his teammates. I was blown away at the ease in which he scored the basketball from every inch of the court. He operates incredibly well out of the corners where he is a threat to catch and shoot, but also put the ball on the floor and blow by his opposition. I loved his touch he displayed from range, and did so off the catch but more impressively off the bounce. He routinely made space beyond the arc and confidently rose above his competition. He puts just the right amount of touch on his 3/4 court passes, that always found his teammates in stride, sometimes even after a made basket. I loved his overall court vision and ability to pass the ball, he truly created a multitude of looks for his teammates. As the defense started to garner more attention to him, he calmly made all of the right reads and set his teammates for effortless buckets.
Charley Reado 2024 6’0 Elkins High School, TX (Fresno Flyers Elite 2024)
Reado was at it again showing off the ease in which he creates opportunities for himself. He is a smooth and crafty player who knows how to attack the rim and get into the paint. When he gets two feet in the paint, good things happen for his team. He can fire out passes to his shooters on the back side, or make the right dump off pass to his big down low. I was very impressed with the ease in which he scored from all three levels of the court, especially off the dribble. He stepped into three pointers off the catch and knocked them down at a very high clip. I was most impressed with his natural point guard instincts, he knows to not over dribble and knows just the right time to make the pass. It seems he always catches the defense on its heels every time he releases a pass.
Jermauri Blake 2024 6’0 Humble High School, TX (North Houston Hustle 2024 National)
Jermauri is an incredibly aware player who thrives off his ability to turn defense to offense, and run the fast break. He showed off an incredibly high basketball IQ through his ability to play in the passing lanes but also use his active hands to create turnovers. He calmly creates opportunities for his teammates, and can do so with flair to keep the defense off balance. I saw him make two nasty no look passes on the break that set up a teammate for a wide open look. He is always a threat to get to the rim and finish at the cup. He confidently plays through contact and can adjust his shot angle, allowing him to easily finish in the paint, even over bigger competition. Eventually, defense have enough of him dancing around their guard up top and getting to the rim with ease, and forced him to go to the free throw line where he always seemed to be when I looked over at their court. Blake is a prospect you need to keep your eye on!
Adrian Milton 2024 6’3 Rock Hill High School, TX (Team United Texas 2024 Black)
Adrian is a high scoring combo guard who has the ability to fill it up from all three levels of the floor at any given point in the game. He is a consistent shooter off the catch and operates well in transition, spotting up along the corners and wings. Where he is a difference maker is how he handles the ball and gets himself and his teammates involved in the scoring output. He consistently got to the rim after knocking down a few shots on the perimeter. He used the attention he drew to his advantage and attacked his defenders hard as they closed out on him. He has good size for the guard position, and he is a willing player on the glass and loves to go coast to coast when able. I would like to see him work on giving 100% on the defensive end of the floor, once he becomes a complete two way player, defenses won’t know what to do with him.
