Matt Amitrano Matt Amitrano 6'1" | PG Oceanside | 2023 NY 6”1 2023 Oceanside
A young team should now be ready as most key players are entering their senior years. Matt should be the floor general and the guy who makes them go. Confident with the ball in his hands. Displays a nice floater in the lane, really good perimeter shooter.
James Notias 6”0 2024 Mahassett
With the graduation of older brother Mike, coach Bruns in going to have a worthy replacement in James. He got some good minutes last year and showed he should be fine at running the show. Excellent shooter from beyond the arc. He also showed the ability to make strong cuts. Looks to be a savvy guard distributing the ball. Found the open spots on the floor to get his shot off the catch and shoot.
Ryan Connely 5”10 2024 Floral Park
Quick first step. An excellent handle. Creative with the ball. Good on the ball defender. Outstanding range. Also has a nice pull up jumper.
Robert Pericolosi Robert Pericolosi 6'3" | SG South Side | 2023 State NY 6”3 2023 South Side
Uses his length well in defending. Has excellent court vision and awareness. Makes athletic catches and plays in the open floor. Can get to the rim and finish through contact. Shoots the three ball and the mid range jumper as well.
Jakai Stith Jakai Stith 6'1" | SG Hempstead | 2023 State NY 6”1 2023 Hempstead
At first glance you think Jakai is a big body post player. Once the game starts you see him handle the ball, distribute it, getting teamates involved. He is a methodical player. He surveys the open spots and then drives through it. He creates contact and finishes. Uses his body to protect the ball. A fun player to watch as he observes and attacks the rim.
Judah Bontemps. 5”5. 2026. Uniondale
Young and small but you would never know it watching him play. The year he just put in will go a long way in his development. Tough and fearless. Lightning quick with the ball. Excellent in transition. Uses his quickness and elusive handle to get into the lane and distribute.
