The next series of articles will focus on our All Tournament Teams for the event. Scout and coaches input from around the divisions went into this. We will have 3 Teams for this age group and statistical output, watching full games, win/loss record, and overall play went into these decisions. Overall a great event for the players.

1st Team
PG- Jayden Brown Jayden Brown 5'7" | PG Andover Central | 2025 State KS , 5’9, IAm3 2025 (Pictured): Battled extreme adversity, face guarding, hard doubles, and pressure all weekend and through it all managed to turn in another stock rising tournament. One of the ultimate competitors in the Wichita area, Brown is a top tier 3 ball shooter and play maker with the ball in his hands. He is a must guard from 30 ft in, but his elite handle and passing ability getting down hill keeps him impacting the game. Capped off his weekend with a 30 point performance with 6 made threes.
G- Jamarri Simpson, 6’2, NLU 2025: A smooth operator on the floor with a ton of game, athletic ability, and prowess on the defensive end of the floor. Simpson is great off the catch; attacking closeouts, being shot ready, or making the next pass for an assist. I like Simpsons array of finishes in the painted area, he can stretch it out and finish, play off two feet, or spring up and get to the rim. His length, anticipation, and effort on the defensive end helps create turnovers and steal opportunities for himself and teammates. Simpson is a big time guard in transition as well. The NLU guard fills up the stat sheet.
G- Triston Driver Triston Driver 6'0" | PG Bixby | 2025 State OK , 6’ G, Tulsa Impact 2025: A tough scorer of the basketball throughout the weekend hitting tough and big shots. Really moved without the ball well on the weekend, getting shot ready quickly, and firing the ball from the perimeter at an efficient rate. Driver is tough nosed and plays with moxie. Really quick first step on the attack and has a pull up game and finishes his layups. Had some big time scoring numbers during the weekend.
G- Corbin Johnson Corbin Johnson 6'4" | PG Kapaun Mt Carmel | 2025 State KS , 6’2, Wichita Padres: His 29 point performance and dominating defensive performance to open up the tournament was just the start of an overall dominant performance for the Kapaun guard on the weekend. A very versatile guard who can play off the ball or lead the head of the attack with the ball in his hands and play the point. Has great length already and sees over defenses well and is a good passer and his length allows him to shoot over contests and knock down big shots. Has good one dribble and attack moves in transition that allows him to get by defenses scrambling to finish at the rim.
W- Ja’Corey Robinson, 6’5, SSA Elite 2025 Black: The long wing/guard hybrid player had a third solid weekend on the prep hoops circuit, currently averaging near double double numbers through 12 games. On the weekend he averaged 13.3 points per game on the pool winner from the top Pool A and was a monster on both glasses rebounding the basketball. Also his most underrated skill had some realy good moments this weekend and that is with his passing ability, hitting cutters, dumping down to players in the dunker spot, or kicking to shooters. His size, quickness, and handle make him a matchup nightmare.
F- Jaret Sanchez, 6’4, SSA Elite 2025 Black: One of the leading scorers and one of the top 3 point shot makers in the top Pool on the weekend. Sanchez’s microwave ability from behind the arc really altered some games this weekend stretching out leads against quality opponents or hitting a clutch 3 late in a close game. Sanchez’s length allows him to size up defenders and rise up and fire without much of a contest, is great on the catch and shoot on kick outs, and is a smooth pick and pop player. When the motor is going, showed he also has great rebounding ability.
