Doyle Brown Doyle Brown 6'1" | SG Bethel Academy | 2024 State VA | Team Durant /Flint Hill (VA) ’24
Brown was one of the more potent shooters in the public school ranks last season. He had some big games at Centreville. Brown can be just as dangerous off the dribble as he is from the catch and on the move. Look for him to make an immediate impact next season at Flint Hill.
Darren Harris Darren Harris 6'6" | SF Paul VI | 2024 State #59 Nation VA | Team Takeover/Paul VI (VA) ’24
Harris is widely regarded as one of the more dangerous three-point shooters in this region. He is also gaining recognition on a national scale. Harris is a constant threat because of his exceptional shot preparation. That in conjunction with his size makes him a tough cover.
Chase Lawton Chase Lawton 6'1" | SG Bishop McNamara | 2023 State MD | Bishop McNamara (MD) ’23
Lawton was one of McNamara’s unsung heroes this past season. He was considered one of the better shooters on the team. Lawton’s consistency throughout his junior season was impressive.
Patrick McDonough Patrick McDonough 6'0" | PG Georgetown Prep | 2025 State MD | District Basketball Club/Georgetown Prep (MD) ’25
It did not take long for McDonough to establish himself as one of the premier shooters in the DMV. When he gets hot, he can make shots in bunches. McDonough has a good chance to challenge Kamdyn Curfman as one of Georgetown Prep’s most prolific shooters.
Zach Murphy | VA Havoc/St. Christopher’s (VA) ’23
Murphy was one of our favorite finds from the past high school season. The sharpshooting swingman has in the gym range. Murphy is also adept at attacking closeouts and scoring from the in-between areas.
Caleb Williams Caleb Williams 6'7" | SF Sidwell Friends | 2024 State #93 Nation MD | Team Takeover/Sidwell Friends (DC) ’24
Williams’ stock was on a continuous upward trend during his sophomore campaign. The lefty is a threat to make shots from virtually anywhere inside half court. Williams also has a knack for delivering in crunch time.
Jake Williams Jake Williams 6'4" | SG Sidwell Friends | 2024 State MD | DC Premier /Bishop O’Connell (VA) ’24
Williams is coming into his own this spring with DC Premier . He caught fire n Indy and made a bunch of long-range shots during the first live period. Williams will be one to watch for the remainder of the spring and during the summer.
Ben Woodward Ben Woodward 6'5" | SF John Champe | 2023 State VA | District Basketball Club/Champe (VA) ’23
Woodward is a very respectable spot-up shooter, perhaps one of the better ones in the area. He shoots the ball with confidence and must be accounted for while on the perimeter. Expect Woodward to continue being aggressive with the District as the AAU season resumes.
