Ryan is a 6’5 freshman forward. He controlled the paint with his size and athleticism. Has a good inside game with the ability to stretch the floor . He Was the best player on the floor for the Iowa Mavericks. Fluid athlete, he looks like a solid D2 prospect right now with the potential to develop into something more.

Really controlled the game The 5’10 floor leader has a good frame and is a pure lefty. I would like to see him use his right hand more but you can tell he has the tools. Good handle and pace. Has a good feel for the game. His ability to get into the lane really stands out. When he drives left he’s almost unstoppable. Has a lot of upside. Definitely a kid with scholarship potential. His ultimate level will depend on him adding size and strength.

when you walk into the gym you immediately notice him. He has an extremely impressive physical build for a 14 yr old kid . At this stage he is a great athlete with developing skills. If he can put it all together then you will have something special. He can really shoot from deep and make impressive finishes at the rim. If he continues at this pace I think you have a future scholarship player down the road. If not in basketball, definitely in Football. He looks like a Power 5 defensive back Right now.
Chase Christensen
Iowa Mavericks 15U
Chase is a tough kid. He uses his body well and knows how to take angles to get to the lane. Not the most athletic kid at this stage but his toughness and basketball IQ allows him to be a standout. Needs to improve his body. Looks like he will be a good player Down the line. I think he has a chance to be a D3 level collegiate player with added development.
