The Stage had a little bit of everything this weekend in Indianapolis and our Prep Hoops staff was there to cover it all. After combing through all of our notes and consulting with fellow scouts from the event it is time to release our All-Tournament teams. Here is a look at our selections from the Class of 2025.
First Team
Jeremiah Fears Jeremiah Fears 6'1" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2025 State #31 Nation AZ (Joliet West H.S. 2025/Hoops 4 Health 2023): Playing up two full years, Fears was arguably one of the best Class of 2025 prospects at The Stage. Hoops 4 Health took it on the chin against Team GRIII Elite on Sunday morning, but Fears shot the ball very well and led the way in the scoring department.
Stefan Cicic Stefan Cicic 7'0" | C Riverside Brookfield | 2024 State IL (Notre Dame College Prep 2025/Mac Irvin Fire 2025): A massive interior presence for his age, the 6’8″ Cicic still moves well and has good hands around the basket. He is an excellent rebounder on both ends of the floor and was dominant when I watched.
Kaden Magwood Kaden Magwood 6'3" | CG Western | 2025 WV (Western H.S. 2025/Mac Irvin Fire 2025): Magwood is an explosive guard with elite ball skills for a prospect his age. Already attracting high-major Division I interest, this 6’2″ guard from Louisville can do a little bit of everything on the offensive end of the floor. He was part of a dominant Mac Irvin Fire 2025 squad.
Eric Hopson Eric Hopson 6'0" | SG Decatur Central | 2025 IN (Decatur Central H.S. 2025/EG10 2025): An athletic guard with a lot of ball skill, Hopson has shown flashes of being a star early on this spring. He can create his own shot off of the dribble and runs the fast break well. Can play either guard spot..
Julius Gizzi Julius Gizzi 6'3" | SG New Palestine | 2025 State IN (New Palestine H.S. 2025/D1 Indiana 2025): Gizzi was excellent for D1 Indiana 2025 on Sunday using his athleticism and strength in the backcourt to dominate his defenders. Very skilled with the ball in his hands, Gizzi is definitely a guard to watch in the 2025 class.
Second Team
Brody Buchanan (Fairland H.S. 2025/Mid Ohio Pumas 2025): A young playmaking guard out of Ohio, Buchanan led his team in both scoring and assists over the weekend with a strong performance. Had a nice freshman season over at Fairland.
Mark Zackery Mark Zackery 6'0" | PG Ben Davis | 2025 State #398 Nation IN IV (Ben Davis H.S. 2025/Team Teague 2025): An excellent two-way guard that created turnovers defensively and got to the rim on offense. Zackery IV is an elite athlete that runs the show in the backcourt for a supremely talented Team Teague squad.
Hudson Horvath (North Central H.S. 2025/EG10 2025): Not only can Horvath set the tone as a floor general for EG10 2025, but the 5’11” can also put the ball in the basket. He scored it well consistently throughout the weekend and brings a constant energy to the floor.
Shane Sims Jr. (Evansville Harrison H.S. 2025/Team Teague 2025): Sims Jr. is an excellent 6’3″ shot-maker that had it going from the mid-range in a game that I saw on Saturday. An excellent all-around scorer that will be putting up buckets all spring and summer.
Ty Glasper (Gatlinburg-Pittman H.S. 2025/865 Elite 2025): One of the more dynamic playmaking guards at The Stage over the weekend, Glasper led a talent 865 Elite 2025 group to a strong weekend performance.
Third Team
Terrell Irons (Avon H.S. 2025/EG10 2025)
Zion Bellamy (Kokomo H.S. 2025/EG10 2025)
Gabe Davenport (Columbia Academy 2025/Stars Nashville 2025)
Caden Anderson (Marimon Academy 2025/M14 Hoops 2025)
Rmoni Beals (Zion Benton H.S. 2025/Kessel Heat 2025)
