<p>The best of the best seniors in Minnesota. The Senior All State Team for the 2021-22 season. </p>

<p><strong>First Team</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850702" first="Prince" last="Aligbe"] of Minnehaha Academy. Prince had likely the best second half of the season of anybody on this list. His furious run of massive numbers led to a 29.5 point per game average and pushed his team to the Class AA State Tournament. Qualified his team for state every year he played and will be at Boston College next year. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850710" first="Braeden" last="Carrington"] of Park Center. Mr. Basketball. The Prep Hoops Minnesota Player of the Year. The Breakdown Player of the Year. The main ball handler, top shooter, top scorer, and all around MVP of the Class AAAA State champs. Carrington is signed with Minnesota. Led his team to a 31-1 record. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958636" first="Alonzo" last="Dodd"] of South St. Paul. A Mr. Basketball finalist and the heart beat of a team that went 28-1 this year and was a top five team all season. Dodd averaged a double-double at 18 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists a game. One of the best unsigned players in the Midwest. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850701" first="Tre" last="Holloman"] of Cretin-Derham Hall. The Metro Player of the Year by the Star Tribune. The Gatorade Player of the year. Once again a leader that took a near brand new line-up to the final four of Class AAAA basketball for the second straight season. Signed with Michigan State. His game winner against East Ridge was a top highlight of the season. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="754315" first="Eli" last="King"] of Caledonia. King had some of the most heroic moments of the season with his Totino-Grace game winner, his furious comeback in the last two minutes against PEM (only team to beat PEM), and pushing his team to the state semi-finals. Signed with Iowa State after leading his team to a 29-2 record. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958715" first="Pharrel" last="Payne"] of Park of Cottage Grove. Payne missed the first 5-6 weeks of the season but returned in time to average 24 points, 13 rebounds, and four blocks a game. And more importantly they won 20 games and were a top ten team in Class AAAA basketball for part of the season. Signed with Minnesota. </p>

<p><strong>Second Team</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850713" first="Carter" last="Bjerke"] of Wayzata. Bjerke followed his junior year state title with a second place finish as a senior. A two year record of 46-7. Made the Mr. Basketball final ten leading the Trojans in scoring and rebounding. Headed to UST.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850708" first="Kendall" last="Blue"] of East Ridge. The Raptors had a better run this season than anybody expected and Blue was the biggest part of that. They were 23-6 this season and a top five team in Class AAAA most of the year. Headed to UST.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850706" first="Jackson" last="Loge"] of Morris Area. Loge delivered once again. He brought Morris Area to the state tournament for the second straight season and his team finished in the Class AA final four. Loge will play for Augustana next season. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958638" first="Demarion" last="Watson"] of Totino-Grace. Watson ended the season as maybe the best defender in the state of Minnesota. His defensive efforts were as big of a part of the Eagle state title as anything anybody did on offense. Signed with Iowa State. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850728" first="Nick" last="Katona"] of Shakopee. Another top defender in Minnesota who also led his team in scoring and rebounding. Katona also improved his three point shooting this season pushing to 36 percent. Signed with UMD</p>

<p><strong>Third Team</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850715" first="BJ" last="Omot"] of Mankato East. North Dakota committed wing took his team to the AAA Final Four.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958742" first="Terrence" last="Brown"] of Columbia Heights. Breakout season led Columbia Heights to number one in Class AAA for a long time.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958669" first="Kenji" last="Scales"] of Eastview. One of the top clutch scorers in the state. Headed to Sioux Falls. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958680" first="Kyle" last="Hrncir"] of Farmington. The Tigers were a top ten team, Kyle led. Headed to Upper Iowa.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958689" first="Brady" last="Spaulding"] of Annandale. SJU commit too his team to a state title doing a lot of everything. </p>

<p><strong>Fourth Team</strong></p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="958683" first="Mason" last="Lund"] of Sartell. Headed to Southwest Minnesota State.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850731" first="Ayden" last="McDonald"] of Hibbing. Signed with Augustan.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850729" first="Muja" last="Burton"] of Columbia Heights. 20+ per game scorer for 1-loss team. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1143863" first="Jamal" last="Ambrose"] of Eastview. Breakout season, averaged 16/10. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="850709" first="Willie" last="Wilson"] of Minneapolis North. Led North to the Class AA title game. </p>
