Class 5A WPIAL Section 2 – Top 20 All-Stars

<p>As we move forward the Prep Hoops PA Top 20 All-Stars have been compiled for the WPIAL 5A classification of Section 2 from the high school season. We took a great deal of time to evaluate the players for their selection to the top twenty list.
