At Prep Hoops PA, we continue our selections for All-Section performers from the WPIAL High School season. This winter on the hardwood in Western PA was one of the most talented and overall best basketball seasons in recent memory. There were a great number of quality players from all four classes (seniors down to freshmen) that shined on the court while showcasing their abilities on a nightly basis. With college coaches and scouts in attendance during numerous games this season, the WPIAL players/teams sure did not disappoint with high-level performances across the board from Class 6A down to Class A. When the school year comes to a close in June we will not be surprised with the high quantity of student-athletes who will continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level. That is why we logged a tremendous amount of hours creating the All-Section Teams to make sure none of these young men were slighted for strong performances so the deserving players were recognized for their hard work during the long basketball season. Finally, after reaching out to a variety of coaches, we decided on a high-quality group of players deserving of these accolades. For our next article, we move forward with the 5A Class/Section 1 First and Second Team...
