The games I went to was Sylvania Northview loss to Lima Senior on a corner three as time expired, Gilmour Academy beating Toledo Central Catholic 65-54, St. Mary’s dominant win over Huron 40-29, Antwerp beating Tiffin Calvert 52-31 to send the Archers off to Dayton. I was also at Pickerington Central 59-42 win over Gahanna Lincoln, make sure to read Ohio’s Senior Scout Mike Roth‘s article about that game here.
Austin Park (2023) – C 6’10 – St. Mary’s
Parks is an Ohio State commit that can be a starter for them in the future. He has some real talent. Great touch around the rim. He loves his hook. Makes very quick and strong moves in the post. Huron had no answer for his size and strength. Parks scored whenever he looked to attack, even with being double-teamed. He wasn’t doing that every time as he showed off his very nice passing ability. He’ll always find the open cutter. Became more and more aggressive as the game went on. Parks had a strong two-hand dunk to send St. Mary’s to the regional finals. Parks finished with 17 points and seven rebounds.

Hohler is a player. He is very long with some very nice athleticism. Great bounce and anticipation. This lead him to get multiple help-side blocks that got the crowd out of their seats. He was very active on defense all game long. He played his tail off. I really like him as a prospect.

(2023) – W 6’4 – Gilmour Academy
Rose is a very long junior with some very nice slashing ability. He had multiple good takes that were strong and hard. Nothing was stopping him from getting to the basket when he tried. He was able to finish with defenders dropped over him. He was relentless once he got to paint showing his patient pivots and ability to keep the dribble alive. He scored 16 points in Gilmour’s regional semifinal win over Toledo Central Catholic.

Jr (2023) – PG 5’11 – Toledo Central Catholic
Greenlee is a very nice point guard that has some great skill with the perfect athlete to compliment it. He is a very quick guard that does an unbelievable job of changing speed. He does it to get past defenders and to handle pressure. Has a tight handle with some great moves. High IQ player that plays as if the game is moving slowly for him. Very quick, especially laterally. He also is a very tough finisher that can finish with both hands and over defenders.

Johnson is a player that can do it all for you. He impacts the game in so many ways besides scoring and he is a high-volume scorer. He is a great defender with his long wingspan and athleticism. He has some great help-side blocks and on-ball blocks. A very skilled player with three-level scoring ability. He took over the game for a stretch in the third when he was doing it all – scoring, passing, and defending. Impressive and very impactful player.
