Rich Rolf Rich Rolf 6'6" | PF Centerville | 2022 State OH (2022). F 6’7. Centerville
I don’t know if I can say how impressed I was by Rolf. He started out the game HOT, hitting multiple threes and a nice floater. He scored the first 16 points for Centerville all in the first quarter. Rich is a 6’7 senior for Centerville that has a very nice complete game. He has a nice build with pretty good athleticism and great skill. He has a postering dunk and everyone that left the gym was talking about him. He finished the game with a high of 29 points.
Omaha Biliew (2023). W/F 6’8. Link Academy
Omaha Biliew is ranked top 10 in the country for a reason. He has great length, athleticism, and plays hard. I was impressed with his defensive intensity and energy on Friday. Played great on the ball and help-side defense and had constant communication. He did not show off much of his offensive skills but did not need to as Link had a dominating win.
Vincent Iwuchukwu (2022). C 7’0. Socal Academy
The five-star USC commit is different. He has extremely long arms and has some major bounce. This allows him to get tons of blocks and rebound. When he gets an offensive rebound he is pretty impossible to stop from dunking it. He played very hard for Socal in both games and put on a show for everyone in attendance. On Sunday he showed that he can guard guards as well because of the smaller team they faced. This gives him the ability to switch screens and just makes him a monster defensively as well.
Jaxon Kohler (2022). F 6’10. Socal Academy
Jaxon Kohler is a throwback player that has some modern to his game. He has great moves and footwork with his back to the basket. He can finish through traffic with both right and left hands. The modern way of basketball comes in with his jumper, that thing is pure. He knocked down multiple threes in both games SoCal played. He also had a great mid-range shot as well. He was Mr. Consistent and reliable for SoCal as he always came up with a bucket when they needed it. I believe he will do the same for the next four years at Michigan State.
Tarris Reed Jr (2022). F/C 6’10. Link Academy
Tarris Reed was dominant for Link Academy. He is 6’10, big, and strong body. Has great post moves and can finish very toughly contested layups with both hands. He can stroke it too. He showed off his very nice top of the key jumper on Saturday night against Huntington Prep as he hit multiple threes from that spot. He is present in the post offensively and defensively that most teams do not have an answer for.
