MLK Classic: 2023 Top Performers

<p>The MLK Classic was quite successful this past weekend at Hartsville HS in the Pee Dee. Prep Hoops was in attendance for the 4-game event. Grayson did most of his damage going to the cup and scoring for the Bruins today. Grayson swarms the ball on the defensive end of the floor and really creates opportunities for himself and his teammates on the other end. Grayson will drop the floater from time to time when he is not utilizing the bounce pass to his teammates. Kirk finished with 22 points in a tough loss to Hartsville HS. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1098676" first="Kameron" last="Foman"] - Hartsville HS (pictured on front)</strong></p> <p>Foman a slender-sleek forward came up big for the Red Foxes with a tying bucket to force the game into overtime. Kameron a lefty finished the night with 18 points for Hartsville in a win over Lancaster HS. Salter a center has the ability to alter and challenge in the paint. He has really started to define his body and work ethic while at Legion Collegiate. Jevon connected on 4 three-pointers all from the same side of the floor. Jevon finished with 17 points all coming from the perimeter and elbow. Brown was able to score the ball while keeping the defense honest with his timely shooting from the perimeter. Xavier a left-handed guard has the ability to knockdown shots when left open. </p>
