They defeated #4 Valley by 26 before handling #9 Desert Oasis 76-55. Freshmen [player_tooltip player_id="1356821" first="Antonio" last="McCraven"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1252347" first="Jaden" last="Riley"] each finished in double figures against DO. </li> <li><strong>Las Vegas</strong> (LW) #1 Week 2-0 Season 9-5 Next vs Western – The Wildcats cruised to two straight victories this weekend, Defeating Green Valey and Doral Handily. It was another monster effort for the Jackson boys as Tavionte and Tayshaun combined for 54 points, 27 rebounds, 7 assists and 9 steals against Green Valley. </li> <li><strong>Mojave</strong> (LW) #6 Week 2-0 Season 11-6 Next Doral –Time to start thinking of the Rattlers as a serious contender. They are currently on a 3 game win streak. One of the deepest teams in the state, freshman [player_tooltip player_id="1268866" first="CJ" last="Shaw"], Junior [player_tooltip player_id="1015503" first="TJ" last="McTyer"], and Senior Amaris Stewart each finished in double figures in their last game. </li> <li><strong>Silverado</strong> (LW) #2 Week 1-1 Season 10-5 Next vs Green Valley – Skyhawks split this week, suffering a tough loss to Mojave before rebounding with a victory of GV Christian. </li> <li><strong>Valley</strong> (LW) #4 Week 1-1 Season 7-3 Next at Clark –The Vikings went 1 and 1 this week, suffering a loss to #1 Bonanza. They will face 5A Clark in their next contest. Junior Guard Nakalaya Fabello continues to pace the team leading them in scoring and assist. </li> <li><strong>Spring Valley</strong> (LW) #5 Week 0-0 Season 7-6 Next at Rancho –The Grizzlies were off this week.</li> <li><strong>Cheyenne</strong> (LW) UR Week 1-0 Season 9-6 Next Sierra Vista – Cheyenne picked up another win this week, bringing their win streak to 4. Dropping a game to Sierra Vista, after picking up a victory over Eldorado</li> <li><b>Legacy </b>(LW) #6 Week 1-0 Season 9-6 Next vs Valley – Legacy is in the midst of a two-game win streak and their loss isn’t that bad either. They dropped a heartbreaker to #7 Cheyenne, before regrouping with wins over Desert Oasis and Shadow Ridge.
