Overall Prospect Rankings: #50-#46

<p>This fall we released our latest rankings for the classes of 2022, 2023, and 2024.  What if you took those classes and did an overall ranking regardless of class?   This is what they would look like!  Once again this is a ranking based on college potential not what their impact will necessarily be this year in high school.  This is our <strong>Illinois Top 50 Prospects Regardless of Class</strong>!</p> <p>Today we unveil prospects #46 - #50!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#46 [player_tooltip player_id="989270" first="Richard" last="Barron"] (St. Igantius – 2023)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Barron has seen his stock soar over the last six months after a strong summer with his high school team and Meanstreets.  Big bodied wing was much improved as a perimeter shot maker draining them consistently from beyond the arc.  Also knows how to use his physicality at the rim on drives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#47 [player_tooltip player_id="1215287" first="Jake" last="Fiegen"] (New Trier – 2023)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Fiegen is about as elite as it comes for a shooter.  The two guard dropped 51 points including 13 threes during the live period.  Quick and concise release.  Excellent moving without the ball to get open.  More than just a shooter as he has athletic pop and an improving all-around game.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#48 [player_tooltip player_id="1157226" first="Josh" last="Pickett"] (West Aurora – 2024)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Pickett is a well-built sophomore two guard who transferred over to West Aurora for his second year of high school ball.  Versatile wing scorer that has a clean looking perimeter shot along with being able to defend a variety of spots on the floor.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#49 [player_tooltip player_id="925184" first="Damari" last="Wheeler-Thomas"] (Larkin – 2022)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: NR</p> <p>Wheeler-Thomas recently committed to North Dakota State.  The senior from Larkin has been a mainstay with Young &amp; Reckless throughout his career.  Quick and shifty ball handler that breaks defenses down off the bounce.  He is a solid pull up mid-range shooter and an active defender at the point of attack.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>#50 [player_tooltip player_id="939056" first="Bryce" last="Coleman"] (Niles Notre Dame – 2023)</strong></p> <p>Last Year’s Rank: #14</p> <p>Coleman is making the move over to Notre Dame for his third year of high school.  The potential is still there as he has plus size on the perimeter along with good strength.  He has the skill to put up numbers and this year it is time to cash in on that potential!</p>
