This fall we released our latest rankings for the classes of 2022, 2023, and 2024. What if you took those classes and did an overall ranking regardless of class? This is what they would look like! Once again this is a ranking based on college potential not what their impact will necessarily be this year in high school. This is our Illinois Top 50 Prospects Regardless of Class!

Today we unveil prospects #26 - #30!

#26 [player_tooltip player_id="939057" first="Dalen" last="Davis"] (Whitney Young - 2023)

Last Year’s Rank: #21

Davis is a high IQ lead guard that understands the game and how to run a team. He is rock solid and not flashy. Gets the job done with his distributing, leadership, acrobatic layups, and mid-range pull up game. He will be the man that makes the Dolphins go this year.

#27 [player_tooltip player_id="1048306" first="Miles" last="Rubin"] (Simeon - 2023)

Last Year’s Rank: #45

Rubin is a wiry power forward that brings pop off the floor on both ends. Offensively he is such a good offensive rebounder snatching them and going up for second chance points. Rim runs catching lobs. Good defender using his quickness on that end switching and protecting the rim.

#28 [player_tooltip player_id="1157225" first="Payton" last="Kamin"] (DePaul Prep - 2024)

Last Year’s Rank: NR

Kamin is among the premier three point shooters in the state. He proved that all summer and into the fall. Good size on the wing being able to play the two or three. While his sharp shooting is his calling card there is more in there as he can mix it up with some drives and is a decent athlete.

#29 [player_tooltip player_id="863583" first="Robbie" last="Avila"] (Oak Forest – 2022)

Last Year’s Rank: #8

Avila has long been a PHI favorite. The Indiana State commit is off the charts skilled as a power forward that sometimes operates as a point-forward for Oak Forest. His passing is what he does best making those around him better. Consistent low-post scorer with fluid post moves and can knock down face up jumpers. Mr. 20/10 is Robbie Buckets!

#30 [player_tooltip player_id="863585" first="Xavier" last="Amos"] (Whitney Young – 2022)

Last Year’s Rank: NR

Amos came off an outstanding junior year and played even better during the summer for Team Rose. Athletic face up four that can operate from a number of areas on the offensive end. Improving shooter, good off the bounce from the high-post, and makes quick moves down low. Rebounds with tenacity and is a shot blocking presence. Northern Illinois commit.
