What I like most about covering events like the Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo is that there are always a handful of players that in my eyes fly under the radar but impress at the showcase. I call this category the “sleepers” of the group.
#56 Connor Clayton Connor Clayton 6'2" | SG Stuart | 2022 State OK (2022): Connor is an above-average shooter off the dribble and an exceptional catch and shoot player. Connor is sneaky athletic and strong for his size. Connor is very savvy at finding the pockets of the defense and creating his shot with minimal space.
#129 Cal Furnish (2025): Cal is a shifty lead guard who has IQ on the court that is well beyond his years. What Cal lacks in size he makes up for in speed and skill. He thrives in drive and kick situations and uses great pace to make plays for his teammates.
#115 Titus Miller Titus Miller 6'6" | SF Catoosa | 2024 State OK (2024): Titus Miller Titus Miller 6'6" | SF Catoosa | 2024 State OK is an above-average slasher who is great at using his 6ft 6inch frame to get to the rim and finish plays. Titus also plays above the rim in transition and threw down numerous rim-shaking dunks. He is also a capable shooter who showed his ability to stretch the floor.
#63 Ahmadre Sanders Ahmadre Sanders 5'7" | PG Del City | 2024 OK (2024): Ahmadre is an exciting lefty guard who is an absolute pest on defense. Whether it’s picking up the ball handler on defense full-court or him taking a charge, Ahmadre is always making big plays on defense. Ahmadre also has a quick lefty shot that he making defenders pay with from deep.
#99 Zach Hays (2023): Zach first caught my attention when I saw him throw down a huge slam on the break, but as I continue to watch him play I realized he’s much more than just a dunker. Zach can score on all three levels and he uses his strength very well to bully other opponents.
