<p>Today we name our 17 and Under All State Team for Minnesota. The best of the Best from the 17U season over the last four months. Note: We decided to keep this to Minnesota players this year. </p>

<p><strong>The 17U All State First Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850701" first="Tre" last="Holloman"] of Howard Pulley (CDH). Tre led the Panthers to 32 victories and continued to prove that he is the best prospect in the state of Minnesota’s 2022 class. Committed to Michigan State. Four star talent. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958715" first="Pharrel" last="Payne"] of Minnesota Select (Park of CG). Payne has risen to the top of the big man charts in Minnesota. His constant double-doubles led to 41 Minnesota Select victories. Minnesota, Texas A&M, Loyola, Colorado State, and others have offered. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850711" first="Joshua" last="Ola-Joseph"] of D1 Minnesota (Osseo). Ola-Joseph’s constant energy at the rim on both ends led to him being D1 Minnesota’s most consistent player. Offers from Minnesota, Clemson, Texas A&M, and others. Will visit Minnesota officially next week. Was outstanding in Adidas 3SSB play. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850710" first="Braeden" last="Carrington"] of Grassroots Sizzle (Park Center). The Sizzle finished on top of our 17u rankings going 26-15 overall (10-12 in UAA play) led by the consistent scoring production of the Minnesota committed Top 150 talent. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850702" first="Prince" last="Aligbe"] of Grassroots Sizzle (Minnehaha Academy). The Sizzle leader in rebounds, second leading scorer, and top defender was the most consistent player. California, Boston College, and Georgetown are some of the schools after Prince after his solid summer. </span></p>

<p><strong>The 17U All State Second Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850735" first="Brady" last="Helgren"] of Minnesota Fury (Edina). Brady put together an excellent July leading Fury to the Hard Work Region title.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850728" first="Nick" last="Katona"] of Minnesota Fury (Shakopee). Had one of the best two way summers of anybody in state. UMD commit.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850703" first="Camden" last="Heide"] of D1 Minnesota (Wayzata). Heide has become a model of consistency improving as a defender and decision maker. Purdue comit.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="891901" first="Ahjany" last="Lee"] of D1 Minnesota Prospects (Byron). Lee’s final weeks of the summer showed why his potential is so high.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="796947" first="Caleb" last="Siwek"] of Howard Pulley (Rosemount). The sharp shooter from Rosemount played so well alongside Holloman. </span></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="1143878" first="Leo" last="Torbor"] of Minnesota Select (Park Center). One of the stories of the summer, Leo has been a major stock raiser and a D1 level talent. </span></strong></p>

<p><strong>The 17U All State Third Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850707" first="Chase" last="Carter"] of Grassroots Sizzle (Minnehaha Academy). His production inside was a key reason Sizzle won double figure UAA games. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850706" first="Jackson" last="Loge"] of Minnesota Fury (Morris Area). Loge put together a great spring and solid summer, Purdue-Fort Wayne just offered.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850713" first="Carter" last="Bjerke"] of D1 Minnesota Prospects (Wayzata). Sharpshooting four man that has improved his rebounding numbers. UST committed. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958360" first="Mekhi" last="Collins"] of Minnesota Fury (Mankato West). Another top two way player, Collins was consistently productive.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="962198" first="Taison" last="Chatman"] of D1 Minnesota (Totino-Grace). The top 2023 player on this list in terms of potential and talent. </span></p>

<p><strong>The 17U All State Fourth Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850731" first="Ayden" last="McDonald"] of Minnesota Fury/Grassroots Sizzle (Hibbing). Hard Work Region title game MVP.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850704" first="Elvis" last="Nnaji"] of D1 Minnesota (Hopkins). Defensive game changer that had a strong July.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850721" first="Benard" last="Omooria"] of Minnesota Select (Osseo). Changed games with his shooting touch. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958669" first="Kenji" last="Scales"] of Minnesota Select (Eastview). Toughness and consistency from April through July.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958648" first="Hassan" last="Kamara"] of Howard Pulley (Columbia Heights). Speaking of toughness, Kamara is one of the toughest.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="1139741" first="Logan" last="Kinsey"] of MSP Elite (Spring Lake Park). D1 caliber player headed to MSUM.</span></p>

<p><strong>The 17U All State Fifth Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958702" first="Buom" last="Jock"] of D1 Minnesota Prospects (Mankato West). Took steps forward going at the rim.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958636" first="Alonzo" last="Dodd"] of Grassroots Sizzle (South St. Paul). Most consistent Sizzle ball handler. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="850715" first="BJ" last="Omot"] of D1 Minnesota (Mankato East). Had some big game bursts.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958652" first="Makuei" last="Riek"] of Minnesota Heat (Rochester Mayo). Another big 17u stock riser.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958646" first="Jasper" last="Hedin"] of Minnesota Comets (Winona). The most consistent, productive Comet.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958681" first="Brayden" last="Williams"] of Minnesota Rise (Owatonna). Was a high level playmaker all four months. </span></p>

<p><strong>The 17U All State Sixth Team</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Don Ferguson of Team Get Shook (Osseo). Few had the clutch moments Ferguson had.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="958683" first="Mason" last="Lund"] of Minnesota Comets Belka (Sartell). Showed he’s a scholarship talent.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="1143865" first="Kobe" last="Kirk"] of Minnesota Heat Grow (Mounds View). The range that change the game. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="962218" first="Nasir" last="Whitlock"] of Gain Elite (DeLaSalle). Most consistent player and playmaker for his team.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Connor Beauchamp of WOTN (Lakeville South). One of the best stories of the summer.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">[player_tooltip player_id="774824" first="Ethan" last="Forthun"] of Minnesota Lightning (Southland). First Southland Rebel I think I’ve ever written about, Ethan had a huge summer. </span></p>
