Alabama Evals: Class 4A Area 12 Top Players

<p>Area 12 in Class 4A is home to Fayette County, Haleyville and Hamilton. </p>
<p>The top players in this area are due for breakout seasons in 2021-22 on the hardwood. </p>
<p><strong>Khiry Burris </strong>| 5-11 PG | Fayette County</p>
<p>Burris is a solid point guard and exceptional team leader. With the ball in his hands, he can excite the crowd and shoot from anywhere on the court. Burris is a solid defender and can run the fast break following a turnover. He can elevate at the rim and has a nice jumpshot to his game. </p>
<p><strong>Hal Holland III</strong> | 6-2 C | Fayette County</p>
<p>Holland is a terrific post player that can size up smaller defenders and stuff shots on defense. He is a great rebounder and rim protector. On offense, Holland can get into the post and score easily at the rim. </p>
<p><strong>Korey Burris </strong>| 5-8 G | Fayette County</p>
<p>The brother of Khiry, Korey Burris is another standout guard at Fayette County. He has a quick release on his jumpshot and can get inside to the rim to finish on a drive. On defense, Burris can be a lockdown defender that creates turnovers and rebounds well. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1180542" first="Mac" last="Wilcoxson"] </strong>| 5-9 G | Haleyville</p>
<p>Wilcoxson might be Haleyville’s best returning player in 2021-22. The 5’9" guard is an explosive player that can score at will and has a high IQ of the game. Wilcoxson can swiftly move past defenders and hit clutch shots in big time moments. </p>
<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="836593" first="Bryant" last="Loving"] </strong>| 6-2 G | Hamilton</p>
<p>Loving is a solid guard for Hamilton and could be one of the top guards in all of Class 4A this season. He can score 20+ points on any night and could end up as the top guard in Area 12. He plays fast and can fly to the rim. When given enough space, he can knock down any shot from beyond the arc and is a terrific shooter at the free throw line. </p>
