No. 23 Davis Molnar Davis Molnar 6'6" | SF Terry Sanford | 2022 State NC | 6’5 Forward/Wing
Molnar made waves this past high school season and continues to make an impression with Team Wall on the grassroots scene. He’s a prospect that can fill up the stat sheet with his ability to score the ball and rebound on both ends. He’s a prospect with a strong frame and strong IQ that allows him to play multiple roles on the floor. He holds offers from Elon, Campbell and Ole Miss.
No. 25 Po’Boigh King Po’Boigh King 6'4" | CG Word of God | 2022 State NC | 6’4 Shooting Guard
King’s recruitment has slowed down a bit since being at Word of God the past few seasons, but his ability to score with ease hasn’t gone anywhere. He’s been a name to watch in the Boo Williams Carolina rotation this past spring given his knack for knocking down shots on the perimeter and in the midrange and he’s even more of a presence finishing around the rim. He holds offers from Ole Miss and Arizona State but as the live period arrives, look for him to make some waves on the grassroots scene.
No. 27 Nolan Hodge Nolan Hodge 6'6" | SF Northern Guilford | 2022 State NC | 6’6 Guard/Wing
Hodge finds himself at No. 27 in the 2022 ranks given his ability on the hardwood. He’s a versatile prospect that can operate with and without the ball in his hands. He’s got nice length he uses well to navigate to the rim and finish around the rim in traffic. He isn’t shy about stepping out on the perimeter and dialing it up from deep, either. He holds offers from Radford, North Carolina A&T, Duquesne and Old Dominion right now, but as more coaches get eyes on him, look for that list to grow.
No. 30 Mike Best Mike Best 6'0" | PG Word of God | 2022 State NC | 6’0 Guard
Best made waves this past season at Wayne Country Day School, producing 17.4 ppg, 7.5 apg, 6.6 rpg and 2.0 spg and he’s transitioned well into a role with NLPB 204, though his recruitment has quite picked up just yet. He’s an explosive lead guard prospect that fares well as a scorer and floor general when he’s on the floor. He’s put on some muscle over the last few months and improved as more of a physical prospect on the defensive end. He’s a name due for a boost this summer in the state.
No. 36 Isaiah Williams Isaiah Williams 6'5" | SF Porter Ridge | 2022 State NC | 6’5 Forward
Williams is a prospect that’s been steadily climbing up the 2022 ranks over the years with his development. He’s a versatile forward that can operate inside and out and uses his length to make an impact on the defensive end. He brings a level of toughness and urgency that you simply can’t teach. He’s also quite the ballhandler and creator off the bounce given his mobility and knack for making plays for others. College coaches in need of a sizeable prospect, look right here.
