Day 2 of Bash in the Desert was a good one! Found quite a few athletes that caught my eye and definitely would catch yours too!

[player_tooltip player_id="703811" first="Jason" last="Kimbrough Jr"] | Arizona Firestorm

This kid’s quickness both and the offensive and defensive end was spectacular. His lateral movement was just amazing, making him a great defender and hard to get by. He was very disciplined on NOT reaching when guarding his man, and just tired the opposing player out and forced him to pass. He was a great organizer on offense making sure guys were in their spots and continuously moving within the offense. Lastly, Jason is an outstanding distributor of the rock!

[player_tooltip player_id="1006964" first="Terrance" last="Dixon"] | Arizona Factory

Terrance is just one of those 6’9 athletes that it’s hard not to pay attention to. He jumps out of the gym and is able to use his athleticism to do amazing things on the offensive and defensive end of the ball. He is a good rebounder and an excellent help defender. I see a lot of potential in Terrance!

[player_tooltip player_id="971239" first="Malachi" last="Murrell"] | Gamepoint Inland Empire

Watching Malachi for about 8 minutes made me realize that this kid is just a talented scorer in any situation. He has a very quick step that lets him use his athleticism and length to finish at the rim. Not only get to the rim, but he is also able to use his ballhandling to step back and make mid-range and outside jump shots. His defense was also very good and was able to slow down or even shut down his assignment.

[player_tooltip player_id="973815" first="Kyle" last="Waters"] | Team Rondae Hollis-Jefferson

Waters is an overall good basketball player. He has a very high motor that lets him succeed in shooting, scoring, rebounding, and defending. He has good ball-handling that sets up great scoring/shooting opputunites.

[player_tooltip player_id="1183404" first="Quincy" last="Geary"] | Arizona Select

Quincy is one of those high-energy kids you just fall in love with right off the bat. He is a tough, high motor basketball player, that finishes through tough contact. Has an unbelievably quick first step, and is a solid defender. Every coach wants a [player_tooltip player_id="1183404" first="Quincy" last="Geary"] on their roster!

Tyler Clayton | Idaho Premier

Tyler is just a force inside the paint. Early and often his teammates were going to Tyler to score a bucket or create space and plays for others. Tyler is an athletic 4 man, that finishes almost everything around the rim. His post work is very strong and efficient, sets good solid screens for others, and moves very well without the ball. Lastly, Tyler is a beast on the boards, creating second-chance points for his team.
