Grit Szn Kick Off: 16 U All Tournament Team!

<p>From Grit Szn Kick Off we saw a lot of talented players in the 16 U division. Here are our first and second team selections from the weekend.</p>
<p>First Team</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1033474" first="Sam" last="Parrish"], 6’0 PG Tates Creek (KY) 2023, Griffin Elite 2023 Rogers: Parrish helped lead his team to a 4-0 record in pool A from the guard position.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="1155608" first="Ethan" last="Cooper"], 6’3 CG Garrard County (KY) 2023, Griffin Elite 2023 Bordas: Cooper helped lead his team to a 4-0 weekend from pool B. Their closest game was 9 points Vs Cincy Fire Elite.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="973875" first="Antaune" last="Allen"], 6’2 SG Dayton Dunbar (OH) 2023, Team Flyght 2023: Allen used his athleticism to rise above defenders and finish around the basket. Team Flyght went unbeaten in pool C.</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="868229" first="Myles" last="Colvin"], 6’5 SF Heritage Christian (IN) 2023, INB 2023 Elite: Colvin was one of the most athletic players we saw all weekend, flying above the defense and thriving in transition. INB 2023 elite only played one game within 30 points this weekend.</p>
<p>Ayden Barnett, 6’1 SG Mogoffin County (KY) 2023, Griffin Elite 2023 Hardewig: Barnett used some sweet shooting to dominate all weekend for Griffin Elite Hardewig, who also went unbeaten in Pool D alongside INB 2023 Elite.</p>
