New Life Christian Sophomore Guard Treymane Parker Treymane Parker 6'3" | CG OT Elite | 2023 #169 Nation GA was hands down the best player on the court in their state championship matchup. Scoring, rebounding and defending were all things we saw from him, he plays with an extremely high motor and is a player that high majors should be on.
Piedmont Classical Senior Guard Lamont McNeil took home the Tournament MVP award and rightfully so. He was a leader for his team on the court and showcased his ability to get to his spots at a high rate.
New Life Christian Senior Guard Ricardo Polk had a solid showing , knocking down the trey ball and getting after it on the defensive end. Polk plays the game with some toughness and could be a player that fits in at the right JUCO program.
Piedmont Classical Junior Forward Julius Harrison Julius Harrison 6'6" | PF Piedmont Classical | 2023 State NC had a bit of a slower start to the game but really made his impact in the 2nd half. He knocked down shots from three point range , scored in the paint and rebounded the ball at a very high level.
Carmel Christian Junior Guard Cade Tyson Cade Tyson 6'6" | SG Carmel Christian | 2022 State NC has just about everything that you want from a SG prospect. He’s 6’7 , can shoot it from deep efficiently, can beat you off the dribble and is a strong player. His offense was huge for Carmel as he went for a game high of 30 Points. He currently holds an offer from Charlotte with more surely on the way.
Cannon School Junior Guard DJ Nix DJ Nix 6'7" | SF Cannon | 2022 State #211 Nation NC is another wing prospect that you have to love that stands at 6’7. He moves well without the ball, plays well thru contact and does a nice job of using ball fakes and shot fakes at the right time. Schools such as App State, Washington State & Boston College have offered already.
