<p>The NCISAA season is approaching the playoffs with just a few games left on the schedule. Take a look at the latest movement in the Week 10 Power Rankings. </p>
<h5>1. Carmel Christian Cougars (18-1)</h5>
<h6>Last Rank: 1st</h6>
<p>The winning streak continues for the Carmel Christian Cougars, as they’re 18-1 with their streak at 12-straight victories in a row heading into the final week of January. They got a big victory over Northside Christian Academy this past Thursday, using a big 17-4 run in the second quarter to secure a 74-58 win. [player_tooltip player_id="1008879" first="Cade" last="Tyson"] continues to put on a strong performance in his junior campaign. He posted a game-high 23 points along with four made 3-pointers and 11 rebounds to pace his squad. This Tuesday, they’ll face Victory Christian Center then Christ School on Saturday.</p>
<h5>2. Burlington School Spartans (17-3)</h5>

<p>The Burlington School Spartans continue their climb up the power rankings with victories over Greensboro Day School and High Point Christian Academy since the last release. [player_tooltip player_id="838021" first="Jamarii" last="Thomas"] and [player_tooltip player_id="838020" first="Kuluel" last="Mading"] have been consistent faces in the offensive attack while [player_tooltip player_id="854890" first="Kobe" last="George"], [player_tooltip player_id="1032838" first="Ryan" last="Roberts"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1098355" first="Zion" last="Walker"] are a few names starting to emerge and separate themselves. They’ve got two big games this week against Liberty Heights on Tuesday night and Word of God on Wednesday night coming up.</p>
<h5>3. Cannon School Cougars (17-4)</h5>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id="577868" first="DJ" last="Nix"] is playing on another level for the Cannon School Cougars as is sharpshooting 2021 wing [player_tooltip player_id="932457" first="Jarvis" last="Moss"] as they’ve won six games and counting in this week’s edition of power rankings. Last week, they got a win over Covenant Day, 79-60, while [player_tooltip player_id="721036" first="Elijah" last="Ormiston"] and [player_tooltip player_id="848077" first="Karon" last="Boyd"] solidify themselves as options in the frontcourt. Look for them to stretch their streak with Providence Day School on Thursday. </p>
<h5>4. Victory Christian Center Kings (16-5)</h5>

<p>Victory Christian Center has a talented crop of prospects led by [player_tooltip player_id="1028024" first="Demar" last="Anderson"], [player_tooltip player_id="1103910" first="Lewis" last="Duarte"], [player_tooltip player_id="1013055" first="Tajuan" last="Simpkins"], [player_tooltip player_id="1013056" first="Takai" last="Simpkins"], [player_tooltip player_id="1105093" first="Randi" last="Ovalle"] and others. They took a loss this past week to Liberty Heights, but still got strong play from Anderson and Duarte, who continue draw interest from a number of college programs. They’ve got some big games coming up this week against Carmel Christian (Tuesday) and Lake Norman Christian (Friday). </p>
<h5>5. Wayne Country Day Chargers (14-2)</h5>

<p>The Wayne Country Day Chargers have gone 1-1 since the last edition of power rankings, leaving them steady at the fifth spot. They took a close loss to Northwood Temple on Friday, 79-76. [player_tooltip player_id="838050" first="Vante" last="Hutcherson"] still notched his 11th double-double of the season with 11 points and 11 rebounds while [player_tooltip player_id="533552" first="Jaden" last="Cooper"] showed off his stat-sheet stuffing ways with 24 points, eight assists, eight rebounds and three steals. They’re a deep and talented squad that spreads the wealth on offense. [player_tooltip player_id="1120782" first="Dre" last="Irvin"] is a name starting to emerge as well. </p>
<h5>6.United Faith Christian Academy Falcons (12-3)</h5>
<h6>Last Rank: 6th</h6>
<p>The United Faith Christian Academy Falcons bounced back with a 82-61 win over Christ School this past week to get back in the win-column. [player_tooltip player_id="932116" first="LJ" last="Johnson"] led the way with 23 points while [player_tooltip player_id="1111219" first="Marcus" last="Willis"] had 20 points while going 9-of-9 from the field. Senior guard <strong>Jaden Quick </strong>also had 12 assists. They’re a group also led by [player_tooltip player_id="932129" first="Xavier" last="McKelvy"] that should make some noise in 1A play when the NCISAA State Tournament arrives. They’ve got North Hills Christian this week on Tuesday night</p>
<h5>7. Trinity Academy Raleigh Tigers (5-0) </h5>
<h6>Last Rank: 10th</h6>
<p>The Trinity Academy Raleigh Tigers remain unbeaten on the season at 5-0. Given their restrictions on scheduling, they won’t be in action until Feb. 2 when they face Durham Academy. Head coach Bryan Burrell has a talented bunch led by Towson commit [player_tooltip player_id="931600" first="Tyler" last="Gill"], 2022s [player_tooltip player_id="838046" first="Sam" last="Perez"] and [player_tooltip player_id="848082" first="Noah" last="Ross"] and emerging 2023 prospects [player_tooltip player_id="944974" first="Jakwon" last="Moore"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1014991" first="Kevon" last="Vanderhorst"]. </p>
<h5>8. Lake Norman Christian (13-4)</h5>
<h6>Last Rank: N/R</h6>
<p>The Lake Norman Christian Storm return to the Top 10 after a brief hiatus from the power rankings. [player_tooltip player_id="992474" first="Mikey" last="Williams"], [player_tooltip player_id="870147" first="Joyful" last="Hawkins"], [player_tooltip player_id="746999" first="AJ" last="Allenspach"] and company are finding their stride at the right time as they approach the playoffs. They’ve won five straight games heading into a big matchup with Victory Christian Center on Friday and High Point Christian Academy on Saturday. </p>
<h5>9. Northside Christian Academy Knights (14-5)</h5>
<p>Last Rank: 9th</p>
<p>The Northside Christian Academy Knights remain steady at the ninth spot in the power rankings since dropping their last two games to Carmel Christian and Concord Academy. They’ll look to bounce back against Gaston Christian (Tuesday) and Hickory Grove Christian (Friday) this week. [player_tooltip player_id="838062" first="Glynn" last="Hubbard III"], [player_tooltip player_id="854920" first="Wesley" last="Tubbs Jr."], [player_tooltip player_id="1117609" first="Daniel" last="Lubamba"], [player_tooltip player_id="1117616" first="Aaron" last="Hall"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1008900" first="Jahseem" last="Felton"] are a group with loads of potential as playoff season approaches in mid-February.</p>
<h5>10. Charlotte Christian Knights (7-4)</h5>
<h6>Last Rank: 8th</h6>
<p>The Charlotte Christian Knights round out this week’s power rankings. They’ve dropped three of their last four games as the end of January looms. They’ve had to make some adjustments given the current conditions of the pandemic, but they’ve still managed to stay at 1-1 in the Charlotte Independent Conference led by [player_tooltip player_id="854884" first="Bryce" last="Cash"], [player_tooltip player_id="998228" first="Cade" last="Nicholson"] and [player_tooltip player_id="1098343" first="David" last="Lash"]. They’ve got Providence Day (Tuesday) and Covenant Day (Friday) on the schedule this week.</p>
