The 4 game guarantee event, provided me with an opportunity to take a lengthy look at some freshmen contributors. In this article, we evaluate some of the class of 2025 participants from the event.
Jaden Riley Jaden Riley 6'1" | PG Liberty | 2025 State NV 6’1 PG Bonanza (#18) – Riley displayed a nice offensive package, with the ability to space the floor as well as handle. He was accurate in catch and shoot situations, and used a nice mid-range pull-up game to score off the bounce.
Qualib Ghallab Qualib Ghallab 6'6" | C Chaparral | 2025 State NV 6’6 C Chaparral – Ghallab has a good combination of size and agility. The lefty center has good feet and is effective turning over his right shoulder. He is a below-the-rim rebounder, however, he does a good job of eating up space, and has decent enough hands to coral hard misses off the rim.
Julius Robinson Julius Robinson 5'11" | SG Silverado | 2025 State NV 5’11 SG Silverado (#13) – Robinson is a hard-driving lefty that loves to attack the rack. He is effective when he turns the corner of DHO action. Robinson is a problem when he can get to his left hand, both in halfcourt and transition, using his advance frame to finish through contact.
Michael Andersen Michael Andersen 6'3" | PF Silverado | 2025 State NV 6’0 PF Silverado (#23) – Andersen is a high effort and energy banger for the Skyhawks. He is a good rebounder, showing the ability to snag boards in traffic, as well as finish around the rim.
Antonio McCraven Antonio McCraven 5'8" | PG Sierra Vista | 2025 State NV 5’10 PG Bonanza – McCraven’s best skill this weekend was his aggressiveness. He’s quick and showed good lateral quickness while hounding opposing ballhandlers. The freshman PG played hard-nosed on-ball defense and wasn’t afraid to mix it up for rebounds on the interior.
Andrew Miller Andrew Miller 6'3" | SG Palo Verde | 2025 UT 6’3 SG Palo Verde (#6) (featured image) – Miller is quickly becoming must-see basketball. The athletic forward displayed elite R&J athleticism, complete with a ridiculous baseline lean in dunk. It’s not just his athleticism that leaves you salivating, he has nice form on his shot and shoots it accurately and effortlessly from behind the line.
Tayshaun Jackson Tayshaun Jackson 5'7" | PG Las Vegas | 2025 State NV 5’5 PG Las Vegas (#27) – Jackson is perhaps one of the toughest players pound for pound in the state. The PG is fearless and attacks the basket like someone 6’5. He has elite lateral quickness, making him nearly impossible to get beat 1 on 1.
