He is a knockdown shooter that has an excellent feel for the game and he can score in a variety of ways. While his best attribute is obviously his three-point shooting, he is also a good slasher that gets to his spots using a variety of dribble moves and finishes around the basket with his soft touch. Sigona finished with 24 points and 14 of these points came in the fourth quarter.
Bradley Land – Liberty Christian – G
Bradley Land is a freak athlete point guard that has excellent intangibles. Standing at 6’5″, Land was much taller than any guard that Prestonwood had and he definitely used this to advantage. He gets to the basket with ease and finishes strong with either hand on both sides of the rim while also drawing fouls and getting to the free-throw line often. Land’s best play of the game came in the first half in which Land inbounded the ball, got the ball back on a handoff, and posterized a Prestonwood defender with a one-handed flush. He is also a good passer and had a handful of assists including a perfect chest pass that flew half of the length of the floor before landing in his teammate’s hands for an easy layup. Land is an underrated facilitator that kept Liberty in this game for its entirety.
Jake Murphy – Prestonwood Christian – G
Jake Murphy has an excellent motor and does all of the little things for this Prestonwood team. Although he is a skilled offensive player, Murphy’s best aspect of his game is definitely his hustle. He hustles for every rebound, dives for every loose ball, and takes charges whenever he can. Murphy is the type of player that every team needs. He makes plays on both ends of the floor and he has the perfect combination of composure and hustle. In this game, Murphy showed off his finishing ability on both sides of the rim using a variety of moves. He has a beautiful euro step and seemingly doesn’t miss once he gets to the paint. Murphy also came up with multiple steals due to his hustle and good hands.
Chase Mastey – Liberty Christian – G
Mastey is an excellent facilitator that takes advantage of any open shot that he gets. Although Land seemed to be the primary ballhandler, good things seemed to happen every time that Mastey had the ball in his hands. He is a good catch-and-shoot shooter, a good passer, and he has a decent handle. Mastey is a player that brings consistency and poise to the point guard position and he will play his hardest for the entirety of the game.
Jackson Shivers – Prestonwood – G/F
Shivers was easily a top rebounder for the Lions and played excellent defense. In this game, he did a great job of denying his man the ball and poking away any pass that came his way. He definitely uses his length to his advantage and made things difficult for whoever he was guarding. Offensively, Shivers uses his craft to finish around the rim and has an excellent jump stop. His hustle on the offensive glass in the fourth quarter helped his team tremendously and he was a big reason that the Lions were able to win this game.
Trent Feely – Liberty Christian – G

He is also a solid shooter from distance and he knocks down his free throws.
