<p>One of the most talented players in 2A, Lorenzen is coming off a huge sophomore season in which he averaged 22.5 points and 12.0 rebounds. A versatile forward who can score inside and out, he'll put up video game numbers for the Pioneers this year.</p>
<p><strong>2.) [player_tooltip player_id="964900" first="Beau" last="Butler"] (South Hardin, 2021) - 10.5 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Butler pulled down four offensive rebounds a game last year, which helped contribute to his 13.5 points a game, getting easy buckets by cleaning up misses.</p>
<p><strong>3.) Caden Kirkman (Wilton, 2023) - 10.3 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Kirkman quietly had one of the best freshmen seasons in the state last year, averaging 14.3 points and 10.3 rebounds. He'll continue to be a statistical monster for a Beavers team that should be improved. </p>
<p><strong>4.) Jake Nichols (Colfax-Mingo, 2021) - 9.8 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Nichols, like Butler, did a lot of damage on the offensive glass, pulling down 3.8 offensive boards a game last season.</p>
<p><strong>5.) [player_tooltip player_id="796175" first="Camden" last="Schroeder"] (East Sac County, 2021) - 9.4 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Schroeder was one of the best players in 2A last year, putting up 22.5 points and 9.4 rebounds a game, plus just under 3 assists and just over 2 blocks a game with 62-44-84 shooting splits.</p>
<p><strong>6.) Adam McIlrath (Roland-Story, 2021) - 9.1 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>A skilled forward who can also make plays for others, McIlrath averaged 2.4 assists a game for the Norsemen.</p>
<p><strong>7.) Noah Zmolek (Davis County, 2021) - 9.0 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Zmolek also proved to be a solid rim protector at 6-3, blocking 1.4 shots a game last season for the Mustangs, who return nearly everyone this year and should be much improved. </p>
<p><strong>8.) [player_tooltip player_id="964843" first="Josh" last="Haan"] (Aplington-Parkersburg, 2021) - 8.8 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>A big, athletic forward, Haan was a key piece for a balanced Falcons team that will be one of the best in 2A this year. </p>
<p><strong>9.) Drew Runner (East Marshall, 2021) - 8.7 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Runner was a standout for the Mustangs last year, leading the team in rebounding and finishing second in scoring while shooting 54.5% from the floor. </p>
<p><strong>10.) Blake Hall (Underwood, 2021) - 8.3 rebounds per game</strong></p>
<p>Hall was one of the few players around the state who averaged more rebounds than points last season. He's also a solid playmaker, dishing out 4.4 assists a game.</p>
