He stepped on the court and put up numbers in an efficient manner, hitting his pull-up jumpshots as usual. Erin excelled at scoring and passing out of the pick-n-roll, displaying good chemistry with his Dallas Carter high school teammate [player_tooltip player_id="887056" first="Addarin" last="Scott"]. Wright did a good job getting to the basket and drawing fouls, even went on to make all of his free-throw attempts each time he went to the line. Every time I watch [player_tooltip player_id="959063" first="Erin" last="Wright"] play I find something new in his game, this time it was his athleticism; catching lobs, throwing it down on the break, and almost dunking on a couple of people on two separate occasions. [player_tooltip player_id="959063" first="Erin" last="Wright"] has had it going all summer and he hasn’t slowed down one bit, truly a must-watch player this high school season.

The second-half of the game he made 4 clutch pull-up three-pointers, and had 16 in the half, finishing the game with a total of 23 points and 5 three-pointers made. He did a spectacular job of playing into his strengths and never getting out of character, he sticks to his game. This pure point guard showed unselfishness as well, he didn’t force anything even when he was hot, he knew the defense had all of their attention on him and found open men, cutters, and set his teammates up for success, leading them to a victory.
