Jalen Hood-Schifino – 2022 Guard – NC Elite
Hood-Schifino was lights out, especially from the perimeter as NC Elite made an appearance at Big Shots Myrtle Beach. He knocked down 13 3-pointers, finishing second atop the division in 3-pointers made while leading the way in total points (106) and points per game (26.5). He was an impressive scoring threat on all three levels this past weekend and even had a 32-point performance with 10-made free throws and four made 3-pointers.
Lucas Taylor Lucas Taylor 6'6" | SG Heritage | 2021 State #184 Nation NC – 2021 Guard – Garner Road 3SSB
Taylor was another guard in the 17U division that showed his range on the perimeter. He knocked down a total of 11 3-pointers across the weekend while producing 20.3 ppg at the Big Shots Myrtle Beach Finale. He’s a prospect that’s shown why he’s highly-sought after on the recruiting trail.
William Felton – 2021 Forward – Garner Road 3SSB
Felton was a dominant force in the paint and on the boards for Garner Road this past weekend. He put up 14.6 ppg battling on the interior for his squad and showing his development around the rim. He’ll be one to watch over the next few months.
Michael Zanoni Michael Zanoni 6'5" | SG Greensboro Day | 2022 State NC – 2022 Shooting Guard – NC Elite
Zanoni was a sharpshooter in the backcourt along Donovan Atwell Donovan Atwell 6'5" | SG Providence Day | 2022 State NC this past weekend. He knocked down a total of 13 3-pointers this past weekend to keep pace with lead guard Jalen Hood-Schifino at Big Shots Myrtle Beach. He’s a confident scorer that’s emerging in the class.
Donovan Atwell Donovan Atwell 6'5" | SG Providence Day | 2022 State NC – 2022 Shooting Guard – NC Elite
Atwell led the division in 3-pointers made on the weekend with a total of 16. He made six to the tune of 18 points in their semifinal victory over the Dallas Seawolves which lifted his squad down the stretch. He’s an intriguing prospect in this class that continues to impress.
Jaheim Taylor Jaheim Taylor 6'3" | CG Princeton | 2021 State NC – 2021 Wing/Guard – Harts Select
Taylor is a prospect that’s continued to impress on the Big Shots stage and it was no different this past weekend as he finished with 23.0 ppg and a 25-point performance in their final game of the event. He’s an athletic slasher that can finish in traffic and get to the free throw line.
Saliou Nguer – 2021 Forward – West Virginia Generals
Nguer is a solid two-way prospect at 6-foot-10 that runs the floor well, battles on the boards and protects the rim. He’s got good instincts on the floor and is quite the underrated passer as well. He’s an emerging prospect to watch in the state of West Virginia.
