<p>Looking more into some of the players in the 2020 class who have recently committed to further their education and playing career at the next level. Here is a list of those players:</p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915322" first="A.J." last="LaCabe"] - Southwestern Community College </p>
<p>LaCabe averaged 12.1 PPG, 6.1 RPG, 2.3 APG, 1.6 SPG for Vista Peak this past season, he does the majority of his work from inside the three-point arc, shooting 52% from two-point range. He scored 819 career points at Vista Peak. He's a lefty combo guard that can go both ways and create for himself off the dribble, he also has good vision. Lacabe is also a strong and crafty finisher around the rim. He's got good size at 6'3 and is able to play multiple positions </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915291" first="Keyshawn" last="Maltbia"] - Western New Mexico </p>
<p>Maltbia is a four year varsity player at Fountain-Fort Carson, this past season he averaged 17.6 PPG, 4.7 RPG, 2.0 APG, 1.2 SPG as a senior. He is a player that can score from all three levels, he scored 1263 career points at Fountain-Fort Carson. He is a strong ball handler and skilled scorer that can play with or without the ball in his hands, he does a good job of creating space off the dribble for his jumper or to go by the defender and finish at the rim. He's got good size at 6'3, and shot 30% from three-point range in his career (145/489) and 49% from inside the arc (328/673). </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915327" first="Blake" last="Schell"] - Buena Vista University</p>
<p>Schell is a player who averaged 15.1 PPG, 5.5 RPG, 2.1 APG, 1.5 SPG while shooting 45% from distance on the year (38/84) for Green Mountain. He is a skilled guard that has a great feel for the game and excellent vision. He does a nice job of controlling the offense and making the right reads each time down. He is also a strong rebounder at his position as well, he ended his career at Green Mountain scoring a total of 746 points. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915359" first="Yafet" last="Mesfin"] - Buena Visat University </p>
<p>Mesfin averaged 12.8 PPG, 3.6 RPG, 3.4 APG his senior year for Highlands Ranch and is another guard with a lot of varsity experience. He is a guard that does a good job of running the offense, making the right play and has a great feel for the game. He is crafty with the ball in his hands and can score from all levels, keeping the defense honest. Mesfin also does a good job of getting to the rim and finishes well with both hands and does a good job of finding the open teammate when drawing help. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915340" first="Tommy" last="Crawford"] - Colorado College </p>
<p>Crawford is a player with good size at 6’6 and is able to create problems on both ends of the floor with his length and feel for the game. As a senior he averaged 7.4 PPG and 5.0 RPG for ThunderRidge. He gets out and runs the floor well and can stretch the defense and hit the long range shot. He makes himself felt on the defensive side of the ball protecting the paint well and creates problems in the passing lanes with his length. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915337" first="Daric" last="Conkright"] - Western Colorado University </p>
<p>Conkright averaged 13.7 PPG, 3.5 RPG, 2.9 APG, 1.7 SPG while shooting 62% from inside the arc (74/120) and 79% from the foul-line this past season. He is a player that finishes well in the paint, has good defensive instincts, and makes quick decisions with the ball. He can also stretch the defense and knockdown the long ball as well. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="901318" first="Gabe" last="McDevitt"] - Johnson and Wales University </p>
<p>McDevitt averaged 15.6 PPG, 4.0 RPG, 3.1 APG, shooting 39 % from deep (48/122) during his senior season at Ponderosa. During his career, he has scored a total 684 points, he is a skilled guard that has a nice shot from distance, can create of the dribble, and does a good job of finishing at the rim. His mid-range game is strong as well, he does a nice job of reading the defense and comes off screens well. </p>
<p>Jason Luzayadio - Friends University </p>
<p>Luzayadio is an athletic wing at 6’5 who averaged 5.6 PPG, 7.0 RPG, 1.9 BPG during his senior season for Green Mountain. He is quick off the ground with long arms and does a good job protecting the paint. He's a player that can guard multiple positions, he's got good instincts on both sides of the ball and does a nice job of finishing around the rim, often dunking it. </p>
<p>[player_tooltip player_id="915328" first="Isaiah" last="Jamison"] - Johnson and Wales University </p>
<p>Jamison is another player on Rangeview that does not always get the attention he deserves playing on such a talented team the last few seasons. He is a crafty, skilled guard that is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win. He's a great on ball defender, creating havoc for opposing guards. He's got good instincts on both sides of the ball and a quick first step when driving to the rim. Jamison makes the right reads as well when drawing two in the paint, he is a willing passer with good vision. He's a player that is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win. </p>
<p>Rocky Beers - Air Force Academy </p>
<p>Beers averaged 8.5 PPG, 8.5 RPG, 2.6 APG, 2.0 SPG as a senior for a very talented Valor group this past season. He's got good size at 6'5 and lots of varsity experience in multiple sports. He is a player who is willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win. He's a strong rebounder and creates problems on the defensive side of the ball with his toughness, athletic ability, and feel for the game. He runs the floor well and has good ball handling skills for his size. </p>
