Time to revisit the Class of 2021 rankings and adjust to account for the player's growth or stagnation. Rankings are subjective and PrepHoops.com ranks purely upon potential and where the player will be at their basketball peak. Production factors in only when helping prove the potential is greater or lesser. Why did we rank these guys? Why are they at this spot? Take a look at several Class of 2021 prospects and learn a little about their reputation.

#101 [player_tooltip player_id="983713" first="Landon" last="Dennis"] (Stewart County)

Like his sophomore season, [player_tooltip player_id="983713" first="Landon" last="Dennis"]' junior season spit out 14+ ppg. Unlike his sophomore season, the most recent campaign included a pristine 7.1 rebounds per game. [player_tooltip player_id="983713" first="Landon" last="Dennis"] is a skilled guard still in need of improving his efficiency. Dennis is not a knockdown three-point shooter at the high school arc and only hits about 50% of his two's. Dennis is a good basketball player, but point guards need be evaluated on their ability win and SCHS finished the year at 8-18. Dennis is not well-known statewide, but there is certainly skill and tenacity embedded in his game.

#102 [player_tooltip player_id="983714" first="Nic" last="Geraci"] (Franklin Classical)

Standing 6-foot-5, Geraci is a classic modern forward. He can handle his own on the low blocks, but asked to step out he thrives in a catch-and-shoot role. Geraci's release is pure though he only gets about 6" off the wood when shooting from deep. His peak explosion in the post is approximately 24", give or take. Geraci's upper body strength is a bonus and contact does not deter him. The footwork in the open floor is just ok. He does have a go-to move or two when operating on the low blocks and yet he could add more to round out his post game. Geraci is a high character young man. Loves to make snappy passes and puts a little sizzle on them without sacrificing effectiveness.

Cleveland Head Coach Reggie Tucker loved the impact [player_tooltip player_id="983715" first="James" last="Hall"] had off the bench. The one-loss CHS team ran [player_tooltip player_id="983715" first="James" last="Hall"] out there as their 6th Man, which really speaks to the level of skill and talent the Blue Raiders featured in the extremely successful 2019-2020 season. Hall is most comfortable offensively around the basket. He can defend several positions. Fundamental on the glass. Rebounds with a purpose and blocks out religiously.

#104 [player_tooltip player_id="775561" first="Kobe" last="Tibbs"] (Lebanon)

Kobe is mercurial and difficult to understand his path. [player_tooltip player_id="775561" first="Kobe" last="Tibbs"] was one of the best players on his AAU team two years ago. There is still much for him to prove as a varsity star. He can be a great high school player at a solid 6-foot-1+ with plus athleticism and bounce. Tibbs doesn't have anything physical standing in his way. [player_tooltip player_id="775561" first="Kobe" last="Tibbs"] owns a long wingspan, wonderful balance, and a gradually improving defensive awareness. For Lebanon, he plays at the head of a 1-2-2 press and thrives. High-arcing outside shot...much improved. Tibbs projects as a taller point guard perhaps. The wing was an attendee at the PrepHoopsTN Spring Combine of 2019. This was his evaluation back in February of 2019.

COLLEGE PROJECTION: Division II +

Nobody jumped more than 28 inches vertically and [player_tooltip player_id="775561" first="Kobe" last="Tibbs"] recorded a strong 27″ vertical while standing 6-foot-1. Tibbs' agility and bounce were different. He scooted around the lane under 12 seconds twice (11.19, 11.14). Tibbs wears size 13 shoes and boasts a wingspan of 6'7″, so he might still be growing. Even if he does not he projects as a scoring point guard in time.

[player_tooltip player_id="775561" first="Kobe" last="Tibbs"] entered the Spring Combine ranked #44 in the state.

Tibbs ran with [program_tooltip program_id='2078768' first='RSD' last=''] 15u last summer and will again suit up with [program_tooltip program_id='2078768' first='RSD' last=''] and father Marcus Tibbs. Kobe earned his way onto the All-Star Team with his dribbling and physicality and yet his All-Star Game play vaulted him into the top 10 players (#7 specifically). Tibbs was a top 5 athlete on the day and outside of Malik Dia should be the most physically ready to compete beyond high school.

With his natural strength and apparent toughness [player_tooltip player_id="775561" first="Kobe" last="Tibbs"] needs to be an elite defender. Plugging those attributes in to the right mental socket is necessary as Kobe will take an occasional play off defensively. This doesn't prevent him from giving a staggeringly stifling effort the next time out.

#105 [player_tooltip player_id="537274" first="Keaton" last="Allen"] (Clarksville Northeast)

[player_tooltip player_id="537274" first="Keaton" last="Allen"] was the victim of a deep Clarksville Northeast team last winter. Allen found minutes early in his high school career alongside Alec Kegler, but Allen must claw his way back into a more prominent role. The reason for his ranking is simple...size/skill. Allen doesn't show up every game with the same hunger, which hurts him. Considering his 6-foot-4 height and long wingspan, [player_tooltip player_id="537274" first="Keaton" last="Allen"] is physically ready to be a special high school player. He just needs to keep his foot on the proverbial gas. Currently, Keaton loves the outside shot (39.7% 3pters). Rounding out his offensive game is a must. Defensively, he needs to improve his lateral mobility. It might just be that he grew up defending bigs because he was tall. The athleticism indicates he will be an average if not a little above average wing defender in time.
