The change in the recruiting cycle is going to be a big change for everyone. Right as we thought we were going to be getting out on the road, we get shut down. So, in order to spend as much effort as we can in getting players seen, we are going to do what we call, 3-Packs.

With these, we want to highlight 3 players who are similar in class and position. Get some time to dive into some quick thoughts, stat breakdowns, and film. Today, we are looking at 2021 Guards in [player_tooltip player_id="963220" first="Jalen" last="Johnson"], [player_tooltip player_id="647199" first="Luke" last="Brown"], and [player_tooltip player_id="874183" first="Quentin" last="Bragg"].

[player_tooltip player_id="963220" first="Jalen" last="Johnson"] – 6’1 SG 2021 – Cathedral (IN)
Stats: 7.8 ppg, 2.3 rpg, 1.8 apg
Thoughts: Johnson is a solid off-guard who can really do a lot on the wing. He has a real smooth jumper and is arguably at his best off the catch. He has some solid court vision and is really good at knowing where he needs to be to be able to make a great play. He adds a lot as a defensive player and a rebounder as he is pretty underrated there. Is big enough and athletic enough to really play tough against other guards and quick enough to beat them to all areas of the floor. Johnson has a huge amount of upside. He has the potential to have a solid career at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id="647199" first="Luke" last="Brown"] – 6’0 PG/SG 2021 – Blackford (IN)
Stats: 32.3 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 7.7 apg, 3.2 spg
Thoughts: Brown is an impressive scoring threat from all over the floor. He provides a high amount of scoring and balances it well with his passing ability. Could argue that he has the best handles in the entire 2021 class. His jumper has a tremendous amount of range. He really is the type of prospect that not only makes himself better, but has the ability to makes his teammates look good as well. He currently has a long list of offers from schools like Iona, Ball State, Toledo, Miami (OH), Kent State, Indiana State, and a few others. Not much more to say about Brown as he is one of the top prospects in the state.

[player_tooltip player_id="874183" first="Quentin" last="Bragg"] – 6’0 PG/SG 2021 – Brownsburg (IN)
Stats: 4.9 ppg, 1.2 rpg, 2.9 apg
Thoughts: Bragg is a solid lead guard that has some good on-court IQ. He’s not overly quick but has some deceptiveness at times. Pretty strong but is still one of the smaller guards in the 2021 class. Arguably at his best when he is off the ball but has some nice driving ability. Could see him staying on the ball more if he plays at the next level. Needs to add some more speed but overall, Bragg is as solid as they come.
