Each year the Rise steps forward with a more talented roster than people are ready for and they win more games than most expected. Once again the purple has a talented roster.

[player_tooltip player_id="774780" first="Cameron" last="Anderson"] of Blue Earth (6’1 SG). Anderson is likely the best player that we didn’t have in our recent 2021 rankings. Cam scored 17 points a game this winter for the Bucs as one of the better southern Minnesota shooters.

Jake Braaten of Byron (6’0 PG). Braaten is one of the steadiest lead guards in the state and a 16 point per game scorer to go with it. Jake is one of the top 20 lead guards in the state’s 2021 group and a top 75 level prospect overall.

[player_tooltip player_id="567067" first="Caden" last="Grinde"] of Spring Grove (6’4 SF). Grinde is a physically gifted wing that can play guard or defend bigger players if needed. Caden is an athletic finisher and an excellent defender. Scored 16 a game.

[player_tooltip player_id="957213" first="Kyreis" last="Harrison"] of Minnesota Valley Lutheran (6’3 SF). Harrison is a tough, aggressive wing that has the strength to slide down and guard some fours. Harrison gave a top ten Class AA team a dozen points a game.

[player_tooltip player_id="957217" first="Kegan" last="Heiderscheidt"] of Sleepy Eye (6’6 SG). Kegan is a big guard/wing that scored 15 points a game for his team most often playing point guard. Kegan’s vision and game understanding have people interested in how he will compete at the 17u level.

[player_tooltip player_id="774920" first="Easton" last="Hulke"] of Byron (6’2 SG). Smart, skilled guard that produced double figures each game this year in a deep Bears backcourt. Loved the way Hulke played within his team framework.

[player_tooltip player_id="774782" first="Ethan" last="Mischke"] of Westbrook-Walnut Grove (6’0 PG).Mischke is the definition of a playmaker scoring 20 points a game but also regularly setting up his teammates for consistent opportunity. Ethan is a player we are looking forward to see in comparison to other guards.

[player_tooltip player_id="957199" first="Ethan" last="Slaathaug"] of Hayfield (6’2 PG). Ethan has a chance to be the top scoring option many games for this team after helping put the Vikings into the Class A top ten with his 23 points a game. Ethan is a near 40 percent three-point shooter.

[player_tooltip player_id="774858" first="Shane" last="Stevenson"] of Nicollet (6’6 PF). Shane is a top 100 prospect in Minnesota’s 2021 class mixing in deep paint finishes with a developing face-up game.
