Jayden Reid ‘23 5’9 PG (Long Island Lutheran)
The shifty, gritty 5’9 guard from Long Island was the 6th man for the LuHi Crusaders who not only backed up Illinios incoming freshman Andre Cubello ‘19, but provided a spark off the bench for the nationally ranked Crusaders. Jayden was a key part of their season including a big win versus national ranked (#16 in the nation) Sierra Canyon with 10 points. He is potential is through the roof especially when he becomes more vocal. Jayden will be playing with the PSA Cardinals this summer.
Jalen Lyn ‘23 6’0 PG (Brooklyn Collegiate) Jalen Lyn is your prototypical, old school pass first point guard. The 6’0 guard come from a strong genetics of basketball players, including St. Ray’s/Seton Hall product Brian Laing who is his uncle. Jalen has a very high basketball IQ where we can see him running a team for a high major school soon. Jalen is also holds 3.8 GPA and is an National Honor Society student.
Jahmere Tripp ‘20 F (Brooklyn Collegiate) Younger brother of Jahlil Tripp who was an intrigue part of Pacific University 23-9 record this past season, Jahmere plays with an high motor. He has a very huge upside who can play inside and outside of the paint. He skill set is getting better, being able to make outside shots. A strong rebounder who can finish around the basket and get to his spot on the court. When he changes his body, he will be a mid-major/high major’s dream.
Christian Bliss ‘23 6’2 G (Archbishop Molloy) Christian walked in Molloy coming from leading his 14U NY Rens team to the championship game of the JrNBA Global Games, right into playing varsity and leading them in scoring with 24ppg in the CHSAA. Christian knew he was going to be able to contribute, but he realized he had to take his game to another level as a freshman. Molloy had their up & downs this past season, but the better Christian becomes, they will be a force in the catholic league.
Jarrett Dingle ’23 G (Academy Charter) The Long Island product has been buzzing for over a year now and hasn’t disappointed. He was asked to lead an Academy Charter team and he did just that. Before the CoVid-19 pandemic became an issue, he led AC to the Class B championship by defeating Cold Spring Harbor with a 22 point, 11 assists, and 9 steal effort. The ceiling is the roof for Jarrett as he currently hold an offer from TCU.
