Julian Brown Julian Brown 6'1" | PG Bergen Catholic | 2022 State NJ | Bergen Catholic
Brown set the tone for his second year early on scoring 20 or more points three times in the first five games. He finished with a season-high 32 points in a midseason win over St. Joe’s (Mont.). The sensational sophomore averaged 17.7 points per game and did it from all over the floor. Brown knocked down 39 three’s and was strong at getting to the rim. Third team this season, expect him to be much higher at this time next year.
Elmarko Jackson | St. Augustine
Jackson is a prototypical point guard. The 6’3 sophomore was a scoring threat, could find his teammates, and was a strong rebounder from the guard position. Jackson has great length which helps him on the defensive end getting into the passing lane. Some players are born leaders and Jackson is one of those players. His skill is undeniable and it will continue to grow throughout his career.
Derek Simpson Derek Simpson 6'3" | PG Lenape | 2022 State NJ | Lenape
Simpson scored 525 total points for an average of 18.1 per game. What will he do as an upperclassman? Simpson went into double-figures in 28 or 29 games this season and eclipsed 20 points 11 times. He posted a season-high 29 points in the final game of the season against Atlantic City. Simpson likes to use his speed to get into the lane and score easy baskets. The game comes naturally to him and that is something that is difficult to show.

With postseason tournaments being cancelled in New Jersey, this means that Ranney is the defending TOC champ for one more year. It is Perkins job to make sure they remain a powerhouse. Perkins has the size at 6’3 t compete down low and can dominate defenders on the perimeter. He is as an impressive a player as they come.
Keon Sabb | Williamstown
Sabb missed the beginning of the season after transferring to Williamstown but what he did on the floor in 16 games was incredible. It began right away when he put up 27 points and 10 rebounds in his first game. Sabb scored 20 or more points 10 times in 16 games. He averaged 21.4 per game and was an incredible rebounder. Sabb is one of the top all-around athletes in the state and it shows when he is on the court.
