Justin Frondarina 5’10 Sandy Valley 2021 – The PG from SV returns after an efficient season that saw him average nearly 17ppg. He shot 34% from behind the arc, 50% from the field and over 75% from the line.
Jake Bevacqua Jake Bevacqua 5'10" | PG The Meadows School | 2023 State NV 5’10 PG The Meadows School 2023 (#9PHN 2023) – The crafty PG is the leading returning scorer despite being hampered for much of the season with nagging injuries. He is the early-season favorite for the state scoring title next season, as he finished with over 20 points in nearly half the games he played this season.
Ethan Speaker Ethan Speaker 6'6" | SF Boulder City | 2021 State NV 6’6 SF Boulder City 2021 (#7PHN 2021) – 20 point nights became routine for Speaker this season. The 6’6 wing had 23 of them this year including a season-high 38. If he improves his free throw shooting we could be looking at a 30 point scorer next year.
Elijah Barnes 6’2 SG Democracy Prep 2021 – The shooting guard made 50 3’s this season on his way to averaging over 14ppg for Demo Prep last season.
Jaylen Berry Jaylen Berry 6'2" | PG Basic | 2021 State NV 6’2 PG Basic 2021 (#19PHN 2021) – With the new reclassifications, Basic will certainly be one of the favorites to take home the 4A title. They return the top two scorers from their squad and the conference. Berry is a dynamic playmaker capable of turning defense into offense or knocking down open 3’s en route to putting up nearly 14 per game.
Lowell Francis Chan Lowell Francis Chan 6'6" | SF Sierra Vista | 2021 State NV 6’5 SF Sierra Vista 2021 (#55PHN 2021) – The sweet-shooting Chan had a strong season for Sierra Vista. Despite team struggles, he put up over 14 per game while shooting over 36% from behind the arc.
Tavionte Jackson Tavionte Jackson 6'1" | PG Las Vegas | 2022 NV 6’1 PG Las Vegas 2022 (#6PHN 2022) – It is going to be fun watching Jackson blossom over the next few years. Recently, Las Vegas High School has produced players like Ray Smith, PJ Savoy, and Tyler Bey. Looks like they have another stud on their hands in Jackson, who averaged over 19 per game in his second season as a starter.
Zach Jefferson Zach Jefferson 6'2" | SG Shadow Ridge | 2021 State NV 6’2 SG Shadow Ridge 2021 (#28PHN 2021) (featured image) – Health is such a huge part of development. When healthy, Jefferson is a slashing wing that can score in a variety of ways. His 13ppg included shooting over 75% from the charity stripe.
