21.) Ashton Smith Ashton Smith 6'9" | C Legacy School of Sports Science | 2021 State TX 6’9” PF | 2021 | Aldine Nimitz
Ashton is a strong power forward that has great size and body control in the paint. He has solid post footwork and good hands. Very active in the paint on both sides of the ball. Cleans up on the glass as well and has a lot of potential to be a solid D1 prospect. Finishes above the rim and with authority.
22.) Tyler Smith Tyler Smith 6'9" | SF Overtime Elite | 2023 TX 6’8” SF | 2023 | Fort Bend Bush
Tyler is long and athletic. It will be interesting to see how his game grows into his body. He currently holds multiple D1 offers. He played solid his freshman year on the varsity level. He can play in the post as well as from the wing. He has a good handle on the ball and is a good defender in the paint.
23.) Shawn Jones Jr Shawn Jones Jr 6'6" | SF Shadow Creek | 2022 State TX 6’6” SF | 2022 | Alvin Shadow Creek
Shawn is athletic and has shown sparks of what he truly could be multiple times throughout this season. He had some of the best in-game dunks on opponents this year in Greater Houston. He challenges shots at the rim and has really good timing. His ball-handling continues to improve and his perimeter game is minimally improving.
24.) Terrance Arceneaux Terrance Arceneaux 6'7" | SF Beaumont United | 2022 State #46 Nation TX 6’6” SF | 2022 | Beaumont United
Terrence is an athletic wing that has a lot of bounce in his game. He can score the ball exceptionally well from the wing. He is also very active on the defensive side of the ball and guards post players as well on the high school level. Has great lateral movement and a solid IQ on both sides of the ball.
25.) Orlando Horton Orlando Horton PG Clear Falls | 2023 TX 5’8” PG | 2023 | Clear Falls
Orlando had a really impactful freshman season. Although he only stands 5’8” he was an absolute problem on the court as a varsity starter. He is super quick and can score at all levels on the floor. He also has a great IQ and is very pesky on the defensive side of the ball. He was the leader on his team and played like a senior on the floor.
