With the possibility of losing the entire AAU season this year, I mentioned all 115 juniors ranked with my top-5’s series but here are 32 juniors that just missed of being ranked and will most likely the next go around!

Here they are:

1. [player_tooltip player_id="959019" first="Preston" last="Thompson"] (Queen Creek)

-An all-around player is a very good shooter. He shoots almost 40% from the 3pt line and has decent size. He plays a smart floor game and can play the 2-3.

2. [player_tooltip player_id="959020" first="Calvin" last="Gustafson"] (Queen Creek)

-He is a face-up 4-man that had a couple monster games this season. He will need to be more consistent moving forward, but the upside is clearly there. When his shooting is on from deep, he is a tough cover. A good rebounder in his area.

3. [player_tooltip player_id="959022" first="Rai’Shun" last="Wilson"] (AZ Compass Prep HS)

-A freak athlete is a little undersized but he can fly in the open court and play way above the rim. He defends his position and he is a highlight waiting to happen.

4. [player_tooltip player_id="959023" first="Dallin" last="Cook"] (Mesa)

-A two-way point guard can get into the lane to score plus can defend his position on the other end of the court. He can improve his perimeter shooting percentage but has made huge strides with his overall game in the last year. Look for him to breakout for the Jackrabbits.

5. [player_tooltip player_id="959026" first="Francisco" last="Miranda"] (Tucson)

-A skilled low post 4-man with advanced post footwork and good patience. He has good hands and can face-up from elbow and in. A good rebounder mostly under the rim.

6. [player_tooltip player_id="959021" first="Elijah" last="Johnson"] (Chandler)

-A strong forward who can defend multiple positions. He has quicker feet, long arms and will score it in the paint through contact.

7. [player_tooltip player_id="959024" first="Ryan" last="Ohlinger"] (Scottsdale Christian Academy)

-A spot up shooter is mostly off the catch. He can drive it a little to the cup and has a better burst than he did last year. He has grown an inch or two.

8. [player_tooltip player_id="959025" first="Will" last="Betteridge"] (Chaparral)

-A skilled scoring PG is one of the better shooters for the Firebirds. He has a quick release with range and is smart and confident.
