The Conference Review – The Lake Conference

<p>The Lake Conference was won by Eden Prairie and the All League team once again includes some of the elite players in the state of Minnesota. </p> <p><strong>The Final Standings (with the NHR Prediction)</strong></p> <ol> <li>Eden Prairie (1)</li> <li>Hopkins (3)</li> <li>Wayzata (2)</li> <li>Buffalo (5)</li> <li>Edina (4)</li> <li>Minnetonka (6)</li> <li>STMA (7)</li> </ol> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong style="font-size: 1rem;">The Review</strong></p> <p>At the Top – Eden Prairie was even better than expected.  They came into the season as our preseason number two - I had them at #1 most of the summer but thought they would have trouble with some bigs when Bland left for prep school so I moved them to #2 - but it was quickly realized they were a clear number one.  And they stayed there never losing a game. </p> <p>The Surprise –  The only surprise to me was Wayzata struggling in the non-league schedule so badly that they went 11-17.
