Zach Davidson Zach Davidson 6'7" | PF Augusta | 2020 State KS , 6’8, F, 2020, Augusta
Davidson was among the state’s top big men this season. He has terrific size at 6’8 and an athletic frame with long arms and a rangy build. He is a skilled offensive player who uses his size to his advantage well and shows terrific footwork in the post. He can step out and face the basket, knock down outside shots and is a terrific passer.
Kobe Johnson, 6’6, F, 2020, Ottawa
Johnson is a skilled big man with a strong frame and size. He can play big in the paint or step out and knock down outside shots, handle the ball a little and has the size to see over a defense. Johnson is seemingly at his best in the high post where he has a terrific feel for playing high-low basketball, can pass and find open cutters and can drive to the basket himself.
Mason Lane Mason Lane 6'7" | CG Rose Hill | 2020 State KS , 6’7, F, 2020, Rose Hill
Also a standout football prospect, Lane is a strong, athletic big man who runs the floor well, rebounds and challenges shots. He brings good activity to the court and works hard at the defensive end especially.
Jack Niles, 6’6, F, 2020, Andale
Niles is a strong rebounder and defender who does a terrific job of holding his position in the post and challenging shots without fouling. He is a capable scorer who can finish around the basket, showing soft hands and a soft shooting touch. He can step out to 15 feet and knock down shots along the baseline when open.
Pierce Thomas, 6’7, F, 2020, Parsons
Thomas is a long, rangy big man who can cover a lot of ground quickly and is a capable shot blocker and rebounder. He runs the floor exceptionally well and showed the ability to impact a game in multiple ways in Parsons’ loss to Rose Hill. Thomas scored seven points and hauled in a game-high 15 rebounds.
